Canyon Room Package Our banquet room is the perfect setting for your reception. It accommodates up to 120 guests Below are our Room Rental Rates: Monday through Thursday Friday or Sunday Saturday All above packages included: Dinner Tables, Gift Table, Cake Table, Banquet Chairs, House Linens, House Napkins Set Up and Clean Up From everyone here at Franklin Canyon, thank you for allowing us to be a part of your Event day

Buffet Options Continental Breakfast Assorted danishes, muffins, and breakfast toast with assorted jelly/jams coffee and hot tea

Classic Breakfast Buffet Scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast sausage, hash browns, and breakfast toast with assorted jelly/jams coffee and hot tea

All-American Buffet Grilled hamburgers and hot dogs with appropriate condiments, a garden salad, and potato chips iced tea and water

General Information Deposits & Policies A $500 non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your event total, is required to reserve your date. 50% of the final estimated balance is due 6 months prior, with the remaining balance due ten days prior to your event

Minimums All events are required to meet our minimum food and beverage expenditure, which varies on seasonality and days of the week. Room minimums do not include service charge, sales tax, or any extra rental items

Event Details

All above pricing does not include sales tax. A Mandatory 21% Service charge will be added to all food and beverage items If you need additional event time, arrangements can be made with the private event staff in advance. All events must end by midnight. We will need your final guest count ten days prior to your event day. your final number will cannot be reduced

Menus & Alcohol All food and beverages must be provided by the club, unless otherwise arranged with our private event team. We offer a variety of menu selections and packages to accommodate any event. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED. IF IT IS BROUGHT ONTO THE PREMISES, IT WILL BE CONFISCATED. IF IT BECOMES A RECURRING ISSUE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO END THE EVENT EARLY.
