Local Food Ambassador @100MileMark

I am an ambassador for Taste Real Local Food in Guelph and Wellington County. Enjoy my quick pix tour for a textbook eating experience on @UofG campus. The chefs at the University of Guelph have been serving the best food in the country for more than a decade and the school was recently awarded #1 food service at a Canadian University, by Maclean’s magazine (Universities Guidebook).

#2 University Centre Centre 6 If you’re searching for a flavour packed specialty lunch or dinner, look no further than inFusion kitchen. The focus is on Pan Asian ingredients but for pop-up menus… the Korean Bibimbap, Japanese Ramen and Shawarma are incredible.

#3 Gryphs Lounge Twin Pad Arena Gryphs hits the spot, to watch nightly sports or catch a live hockey game as it overlooks the Gryphon Centre red arena. They’ve got 30 big screen TVs, wings, pizza, nachos, wraps and daily features. Local brew is on tap too!

#4 Caffeine Canteen @Cafcanteen If you love food trucks and @planetbean fair trade coffee, you’ve gotta stop for a cup of #GryphonBlend and a fresh doughnut at this truck. You can also grab a Gryphon blend coffee at the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics in the Planet Bean cafe. Even better, a percentage of purchases are donated back to scholarships for Gryphons women’s varsity athletes!

#5 Creelman Bake Shop #CreelmanBakeshop You won’t see this location unless you’re on a backstage tour, but you can pick-up these delicious treats sold across campus. The chefs are turning out amazing specialty baked goods like cupcakes, pies, tarts, macaroons and my favourite… brownie bites.
