Our peace poles are made of regionally sourced lumber, salvaged from the historic Lineham Lumber Company barn. The barn stood about 200 metres west of this site from when it was constructed in 1897 to when it burned down in 2015. The Lineham Lumber Company was a mainstay of the Okotoks economy for 25 years.
