Forsyth | 204 Forsyth Street Forysth is a boutique condominium comprised of only 11 exclusive residences. The building integrates the rich history of the Lower East Side with timeless design and thoughtful details crafted by prideful artisans. The homes range from 2 bedroom half floor units to a full floor penthouse featuring a private roof deck with views of the Chrysler Building, the Freedom Tower, bridges to the East and all of downtown to the West. We received the Forsyth assignment after its launch. Extensive money had been spent on marketing materials and collateral. TOWN Creative was tasked with reimaging the building’s brand and visual language. A new brand identity, marketing collateral, and launch party were created on a short timeline as to not lose momentum in a swift sales market. Andrew Heiberger FOUNDER & CEO Andrew Heiberger, founder and CEO of TOWN Residential, is the driving force behind the firm’s business strategy and longterm vision. Under his leadership, the firm boasts over 500 Representatives and professionals within ten offices. Since launching in December 2010, TOWN has transacted over $11 billion.

In 1994, Andrew founded Citi Habitats and led the company from two brokers in one office to over 1,000 Representatives and staff in 20 locations throughout Manhattan. In June 2004, Citi Habitats was acquired by NRT Inc., a subsidiary of Cendant Corporation. In June 2005 he went on to found Buttonwood Development, with a focus on real estate development, investment and syndication in New York City. Buttonwood developed Greenwich Club Residences, a 452-unit conversion at 88 Greenwich Street, which emerged as downtown’s most successful condo development, with a complete sell-out of $340+ million in residential sales. Buttonwood also participated in the assemblage, planning and sale of Sundari Lofts & Tower, a proposed 26-story luxury condo at 158 Madison Ave; and the gut renovation, repositioning and marketing of Battery Park City’s 174-unit One Rector Park.

Andrew is a sought-out expert on Manhattan real estate, frequently quoted within the press. He has also been honored with awards including Crain’s 40 under 40; The Commercial Observer Top 100; and was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in 2001 and finalist for their national award that same year. Andrew holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.

Jamie Reimer-Aloia V P O F D E S I G N & D E V E LO P M E N T With a background in architecture and real estate development, Jamie Reimer-Aloia primarily focuses on ground up and conversion new development rental projects. With respected expertise and tenacious dedication, Jamie serves as the Vice President of Development & Design of TOWN’s Marketing & Leasing Team.

Utilizing her past experience in real estate development, Jamie has an intimate understanding of a developer’s needs and the big picture elements that are important to the success of any project. With a love for architecture and interior design, Jamie provides hands-on, detail-oriented consulting beginning with the pre-development phase and throughout the life of the project.

After studying in the highly-regarded architecture program at Lehigh University, Jamie earned a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. Although advised by a wise professor to “never fall in love with the bricks,” she came to believe that the most valuable real estate projects are those that combine exceptional design with passion and sound financial planning. Consequently, her work with TOWN Marketing & Leasing involves helping real estate developers find the right balance of aesthetic appeal, functionality and strong bottom-line numbers.

Prior to joining TOWN Marketing & Leasing, Jamie held high profile positions with real estate developers Anbau Enterprises and Beck Street Capital where she was focused on acquisitions and project management. Through these experiences, Jamie gained a true and deep understanding of the development process and understanding that the needs of her clients extends beyond the marketing and leasing of a project.

Lori Levin D I R E C TO R O F M A R K E T I N G & C O M M U N I C AT I O N S A 19-year veteran of the real estate industry, Lori Levin serves as TOWN’s Director of Marketing and Communications. In this dual role, Lori is responsible for the development of ongoing communication and marketing initiatives - from the placement of trendsetting stories to the deployment of customized campaigns for the firm’s properties and Representatives - that are reflective of TOWN’s distinctive luxury brand and position as an industry leader.

With her hallmark hands-on style, Lori works closely with TOWN’s executive and management team to provide the firm’s Representatives and clients with a consistent and robust level of service and support.

Lori began her career in New York real estate in the advertising department of The Corcoran Group and ultimately became the Director of Advertising for the then 600 agent firm. She went on to serve as the Marketing Director at Warburg Realty for 10 years, where she planned, negotiated, and oversaw the implementation of a comprehensive annual marketing program that benefitted the company with exposure of more than 100 times actual media expenditures.

Lori lives on the Upper East Side with her husband and son. An active member of the community, Lori worked with elected officials as a Parent Representative on the Manhattan Borough President’s School Task Force, the Department of Education and parent groups to open Yorkville Community School/PS 151. She went on to be Co-President of the growing school’s Parent Teacher Association for three years and served as a member of the School Leadership Team.
