regional arts development fund (radf) The RADF Program supports professional artists and artsworkers to practice their art, for and with communities, resulting in mutual development of the professional artists/artsworkers and communities in regional Queensland. RADF is a Queensland Government and Townsville City Council partnership to support local arts and culture. It offers funding to individuals and community groups for one-off, short term activities and employing professional artists, and arts and cultural workers.
