If you do not already have a logo, we highly recommend you choose from our wonderful Stock Design Library, where current artwork and setup files already exist. In this case, we may recommend placing a traditional namedrop with your company’s name and/or event into the pre-existing artwork that we supply. TERMS & CONDITIONS

FIRST TIME LOGO EMBROIDERY

New custom logos: (front, side, or back location), there is a onetime preparation charge of 1¢ per stitch, and minimum charge of $50. Additional charges may apply depending on how much work is required for submitted art. Minimum initial order is six dozen per logo set-up (one dozen per style and color), with no category restrictions. For 6-11 pieces, per style/per color, add 50¢ each; for 3-5 pieces, per style/per color, add $1.00 each.

New stock design logos: There is no preparation charge. Minimum initial order is either six dozen per logo set-up (one dozen per style/ per color), with no category restrictions or four dozen per logo setup (one dozen per style/per color) with category restrictions. For 6-11 pieces, per style/per color, add 50¢ each; for 3-5 pieces, per style/per color, add $1.00 each.

Catalog embroidery price includes up to 8,000 stitches and seven thread colors.

For logos over 8,000 stitches:

8,001 - 10,000 Add 25¢ each 10,001 -15,000 Add 50¢ each

15,001 - 20,000 Add $1.00 Each

Additional embroidery locations are $2.00 each. All screen print, promotional, and embroidery is subject to 5% overrun or shortage.

Rush orders (if capacity allows): Product from category “A” can ship in 5 days with a 10% service charge. In stock only.

Font Embroidery: 2 Dozen minimum per category.

EMBROIDERED FILL-IN ORDERS

For a logo (custom or stock design) that is on file and has already been applied to our headwear, the minimum reorder per logo setup is as follows:

• 6 Dozen - mix & match from “Category A,” or “Category B” (see below)

• 3 Dozen - all from same category

• 1 Dozen - belts, straw hats, shirts, bucket hats

Category A: All caps, beanie/toboggans, & bucket hats, 1201,1206, 4388.

Category B: Made in U.S.A. Men’s and ladies visors, straw hat bands, shirts.

Service charges for embroidery orders less than minimum (FILLIN ORDERS)

• 2 Dozen - $50.00

• 1Dozen - $75.00

• Pre-production samples - $50.00 (Refunded if $500 or greater order is placed.)

SAMPLE HEADWEAR

Samples shipped from our regular stock will be billed at regular list price, plus freight. For samples requiring custom colors or fabric, contact customer service.

VISOR EMBROIDERY OPTIONS

Unless specified, ladies’ visor embroidery will be placed on right side of bill as worn. Top panel embroidery in DS7 script lettering is offered on most ladies’ visor styles. The minimum is two dozen, one dozen per style/per color. There is no setup charge. If this is a second embroidery, add $2.50 each to price with embroidery. For 6-11 pieces, per style/per color, add 50¢ each; for 3-5 pieces, per style/per color, add $1.00 each.

FABRIC SHADING

Town Talk Headwear accepts no returns based on fabric color change or shading. Dye lots vary with each order, per color. In addition, we have several washed items in our line. Shading is a natural result of the washing process.

POLICIES & TERMS

Net 30 days from date of invoice. Past due after 30 days. 1-1/2% Per month added to all past due invoices. No anticipation allowed.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

All claims must be made within 60 days of delivery. No cancellations will be allowed on direct embroidery, patch emblem, or screen print orders once the order has been processed. Pre-booked orders are processed upon receipt. All requests for changes or cancellations must be made in writing. No returns will be accepted without written authorization from the company. Town Talk Headwear reserves the right to dispose of all returns as we deem appropriate. A 20% restocking fee may apply.
