WITH THE NEW YEAR, A NEW COMPANY - TPF Planege Cenor In the last week of December 2016, the merger between TPF PLANEGE and CENOR became effective and now they are a single company, TPF Planege Cenor - Consultores de Engenharia e Gestão, S.A.. Two large companies have joined together to give rise to one of the major Portuguese Engineering and Consultancy companies, with a consolidated turnover of 40 MEUR and around 250 collaborators in 14 countries – Portugal, Angola, Algeria, Cape Verde, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, United Arab Emirates, Macao (China), Mozambique, Poland, Romania, Timor-Leste, Tunisia and Turkey. We have created an international company in size and strength, capable of competing in the most competitive markets in all areas of Engineering and Architecture consultancy. 2016 was a year marked by the integration process, which was made in a quite fast way, since the acquisition of Cenor by the parent company of TPF Group, about a year ago, that was based on the assumption of its merging with TPF Planege. Thus, we prepared ourselves for a big journey confident that with the competence, effort and dedication of all, this will lead us to become better in a better world.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF THE RESIDENTIAL PROJECT ZAPE 9A1 AND 9A2, MACAO, CHINA The residential project Zape 9A1 and 9A2, is located in Macao, China, comprises the construction of 339 apartments, 18 ground floor commercial shops and 226 parking spaces. The residential project, with an implantation area of 2,320 m2 and a gross construction area of approximately 36,200 m2, includes the construction of 2 interconnected residential buildings, with heights varying between 23 to 26 floors and 4 underground levels. TPF Planege Cenor, through its subsidiary Cenor Macau, is responsible of the Technical Assistance for the Project Management, which includes the coordination and the engineering consultancy during the development of the Project Management Design, Procurement and Construction Management and Supervision of Works.

TPF Planege Cenor – THE BIG JOURNEY On the 25th of November 2016 took place the event "TPF Planege Cenor – The Big Journey”, in order to intensify the process of

integration of the "culture" and "values" of both companies, which brought together around 150 collaborators. The event included a tour in Sintra, in Quinta da Regaleira, followed by a lunch in Mafra and a guided tour to the Palace of Mafra. This friendly atmosphere allowed the continuity of personal contact between colleagues only a few weeks from the merger "de jure" of both companies. This was an excellent opportunity to promote the relationship among colleagues, in a relaxed and leisure environment, to stimulate cooperation around a single goal: A BIG JOURNEY TO TPF Planege Cenor.

TPF Planege Cenor – NEW CORPORATE IMAGE It is with great pleasure that we present the new corporate image of TPF Planege Cenor, to which is associated the new logo that reflects, on the one hand, the continuity of an important brand already consolidated in the consultancy and engineering market, TPF, and on the other hand, the integration of a new company in this ambitious process of growth and expansion. The goal is to transmit a strong and solid image, through a consistent and controlled message of who we are. The new corporate image reflects the commitment of TPF Planege Cenor to a single and consistent style, which is fundamental in the transmission and pursuit of quality. Associated with the new corporate image will be also developed a new WEB page, which will be presented early this year. The goal of adapting and modernising the brand TPF to this new company has been achieved, guaranteeing compliance with its main values: Integrity, Excellence, Openness, Respect and Teamwork.

capacity of 603 hm3, a hydropower plant with an expected generating capacity of 75 MW, an electric line of 225 kV, a rural electrification system, the rehabilitation and construction of access roads to the project location, with a total value of 350 million euros. The construction of this infrastructure will imply the resettlement of the affected communities by the implementation of the project, which includes the construction of resettlement infrastructures, and this component is also reflected in the Environmental and Social Management Plan of the Work.

EQUATORIAL GUINEA, A NEW MARKET FOR TPF Planege Cenor With the aim to ensure water supply to Mongomeyen city and to the surrounding communities, the construction of water supply network with 18 km is currently underway, in the road to Mongomo, from Akonekien to Meyang. TPF GE, a subsidiary company of TPF Planege Cenor, is in charge of the supervision of works.

PORTUGAL The company Infraestruturas de Portugal entrusted to the Consortium led by TPF Planege Cenor with the Feasibility Study, Preliminary Study, Environmental Impact Study, Final Design and Recape (Environmental Compliance Report of Project’s Final Design) for the Modernisation of the railway section Mangualde Guarda, railway line of Beira Alta, with an extension of 73 km.

The works of the water supply system include the construction of a WWTP with capacity of 2400 m3/day, the distribution network, household connections and one reservoir of 1800 m3.

The studies, estimated to last 14 months, include the drawing up of the design, with a view to eliminate the capacity constraints at the infrastructure level, the adjustment of Stations that will allow trains cross with 750 m long and will ensure the interoperability to the Trans-European transport network. These works are part of the Modernisation Project of Beira Alta Railway Line between Pampilhosa and Vilar Formoso (Border), to strengthen the railway link between the Portuguese northern and central regions and Europe, in order to enable an efficient rail freight transport, enhancing competitiveness of the Portuguese economy.

EXPANSION OF THE WATER DISTRIBUTION NETWORK OF DAR ES SALAAM, TANZANIA TPF Planege Cenor has recently completed the design for the expansion of water distribution network and customer connections of Dar es Salaam, in Tanzania.

LACUSTRE CITY – VILAMOURA XXI, PORTUGAL TPF Planege Cenor is participating in the studies and designs of general infrastructures of Lacustre City - Vilamoura XXI, promoted by Lusotur. This tourist and residential real estate development is located next to Vilamoura Marina occupying an approximate area of 110 ha, and about 25% of this area is reserved for the construction of artificial lakes with the dual function of transport and leisure activities. The scope of works covers the development of urban infrastructure projects, including earthworks for the construction of lakes and banks, a system of water renewal and circulation from lakes with captured water in Vilamoura Marina, flood protection works (deviation of Vale Tisnado stream, protection dam, dredging the stream of Quarteira and lakes spillway), road infrastructures, road and pedestrian bridges and also underground infrastructures. The project also included the conception of an underground parking and of buildings in the central island.

NEW SUPERVISION CONTRACTS FOR THE HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL SECTORS OF ANGOLA Strengthening its presence in the Angolan market, TPF Angola has

This design, whose managing body is DAWASA – Dar es Salaam Water & Sewerage Authority, includes the expansion of the water distribution network by 2000 km, in order to increase water service coverage to 90%, and the construction of around 372 000 household connections and 470 water kiosks.

ISLANDS OF THE SEA OF MARMARA, TURKEY TPF Planege Cenor is developing, for the Municipality of Istanbul, the Master Plan of several islands located at the Sea of Marmara. The total area of the islands is about 1500 hectares. The scope of the works includes the architectural, technical and economic aspects. These contracts fall within the scope of the Municipal Health Service Strengthening Project, funded by the World Bank, which aims to improve the population’s access to and quality of maternal and child health care services. This contract, estimated to last 12 months, counts with funding from the AfDB (African Development Bank) in the scope of Environmental Sector Support Project.

ALGERIA, A KEY MARKET FOR TPF Planege Cenor With a consolidated presence in the Algerian market, TPF Planege Cenor continues to ensure several contracts still ongoing in this country in the transport, water and buildings sectors. The company has earned the trust of the main public and private Contracting Authorities, either in the scope of studies and designs or in the scope of works supervision. In the transport sector we highlight the technical assistances to the construction works for Metro d’Alger, the exploitation facilities and equipment of the East-West highway, the supervision of the construction and the renewal of several railway lines, namely the lines Annaba/Ramdane Djamel, Relizane/Tiaret/Tissemsilt, Oued Tlelat/Tlemcene and the mining line East – Lot No. 3.

NEW WORKS OF SPATIAL PLANNING IN MOZAMBIQUE TPF Planege Cenor, in partnership with TPF Moçambique, is developing the characterisation studies of the Environmental Profiles for 25 districts in the Zambezi Valley. These studies aim the preparation of guidance documents for the implementation of the regional development policies for the Zambezi Valley, constituting one of the main tools required for national and regional planning and decision-making for planning and managing processes. The Hydraulic Circuit of Reguengos purpose, which starts at Álamos/Loureiro channel and does the interconnection between Álamos and Loureiro dams, is to transport the necessary flow for the irrigation block of Reguengos and to reinforce the irrigation Perimeter of Vigia. The studies include the primary irrigation network, secondary network, road network, drainage network, monitoring system, automation and remote management, Health and Safety Plan, Waste Prevention and Management Plan for Construction and Demolition, GIS and Expropriations.
