TPF - CONSULTORES DE ENGENHARIA E ARQUITETURA, SA, whose origins date back to 1980, ensures the fully integrated supply of engineering and architectural services, from Technical Advice, Project Management and Supervision of complex projects, combining innovation and the technical excellence of its employees. We work in the Business Areas of Water and Sanitation, Environment, Agricultural Development, Urban Development, Sports and Leisure, Education and Teaching, Energy, Real Estate, Industry, Health, Transport and Tourism. We have a comprehensive Client portfolio, from public to private entities, national and international, allowing us to have contracts in several continents. Headquartered in the capital of Portugal, Lisbon, we are also present in Algeria, Angola, Cameroon, East-Timor, Equatorial Guinea, Macau and Mozambique.

TPF Group is nowadays an internationally recognized player in the areas of architecture, engineering and management consulting. The Group has subsidiaries and branches in 44 countries and operates in a total of 60 countries all over the 5 continents.
TPF emerged in 1991, and was initially focused on the Third Party Financing, concept that originated its social designation. TPF Group has been growing rapidly in the engineering world.
In order to take advantage of all the companies know-how, TPF Group has 3 Centers of Expertise: Environment (Portugal), Building (France), and Transport Infrastructures (Spain).
TPF Consultores has currently 340 employees, including the collaborators of the associated companies. Simultaneously, the establishment of agreements and partnerships with individual consultants, companies and universities, allow us to respond competently and professionally to the complementary areas of our intervention fields and to the various market sectors where we operate. TPF Consultores is oriented to Contracts Management (Project Management), to consulting in the industrial area and to "Turn-Key" projects in this same area.
The Contract Management ( "Project Management") in complex developments, particularly in the industrial area, also presupposes the existence of a huge effort in the management of all players in the different stages of the implementation process.
TPF Consultores’ Integrated System of Quality, Safety and Environment Management is certified according to the standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. TPF Consultores is also recognized by LNEC (Portuguese Laboratory of Civil Engineering) as Quality General Manager for Construction Projects, in all work categories and for the maximum class. TPF Consultores is also certified with the Security Clearance in NATO SECRET, SECRET and SECRET E.U. degrees issued by the National Security Authority.
