GLOBALLY CONNECTED, LOCALLY INVESTED

FIRST OPENING ITS DOORS FOR BUSINESS IN KUWAIT IN 1979, AGILITY HAS GROWN BOTH ORGANICALLY FROM ITS ROOTS IN THE MIDDLE EAST AND THROUGH MERGERS WITH COMPANIES THAT HAVE BEEN IN THE LOGISTICS BUSINESS FOR OVER 100 YEARS.

Today, as a publicly traded company with in excess of $4.6 billion in revenue and more than 22,000 employees in over 500 offices across 100 countries, it is a leading global logistics provider with a legacy of proven performance.

“Agility Dubai was established in 2003,” explains CEO Albert Asool, “and much like the business globally it has gone from strength-to-strength. It is now one of the largest logistics providers in Dubai, with five offices and four warehousing facilities across the city.” The company’s warehouses offer various temperature environments, and are supported by state-of-the-art technology and a range of value-added services. Agility’s primary Dubai warehouse is located in Jafza and provides a crucial central logistics hub for the region.

“Our Dubai operations are uniquely positioned to support customers by providing a true end-to-end service that spans freight forwarding from suppliers across the globe, regional hub operations, customs clearance, and onward distribution via Agility’s extensive network across the Middle East and Africa,” continues Mr Asool.“Our key sectors include automotive, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, high-tech and retail, for which we provide a range of solutions to industry leading local and multinational organisations. Specialist solutions also include fairs and events, project logistics, and a CFS hub for LCL consolidation.”
