Reflection: When I was making the flyers we went out around downtown hickory to find a perfect spot for a good picture for the second flyer When we got to a spot I liked I realized I had forgotten the memory card for the camera Instead of going home and grabbing it, we drove for about 15 minutes trying to find a place that sells one When we found a CVS I spent about 20 minutes in there trying to purchase the memory card The CVS membership wasn’t working so we continued trying until it did Then we went back out and took pictures We found a car dealership with a blueish-purplish light and I got out

and got some pictures of it I got honked at whilst I was out there getting pictures Once I finished with the pictures I went home and use picskit to edit the best picture out of the bunch I printed about thirty pictures just to hang out around downtown hickory on a Friday I asked every other store on the square A lot of them said “ yes ” but then said they’d hang it but some let me hang the flyers I came back on that Monday, after dinner to check to see if the ones that said they would hang it actually hung it The creamery, Hatch, and thistle all did not hang them after they said yes Bottega and The tavern took down the posters The only person who hung it when they said they would be the Crescent moon Alley Annes and The Natural Olive both said maybe, but more than likely no The places that kept them up were C&C Trading Co and ACME, Life Doesn't Succ, Lary’s, Aqua B, Polsons, and

● Have a Tripod when getting film or pictures
● Get more Footage
Reflection: I went out with my mother Elaine Kale to get footage for two of the trailers For the first trailer, we drove for around two hours trying to get footage We ended up in the middle of nowhere and close to Boone Driving with one hand and trying to keep the film good quality and keeping the camera still There is footage from trying to do it from the passenger seat and it didn’t look as good I would suggest for the next PR person if they are wanting to do their own footage on the road, have a person with you, and don’t do it alone for safety reasons The reason I say this is because when trying to get film with one hand and hounding the camera the car would start to drift a bit With the second trailer, I went out around 7:45 to get the dark and creepy effect Using a pipette and my car’s interior light to do the steering wheel film and then drenching my hand with fake blood to cause the “already bleeding” effect When using fake blood in the car make sure there is some sort of plastic wrap on the stainable objects and wear clothes you don’t care about The lock and hand falling off the driving wheel scenes are done in the parking lot of lowes With the new addition of the slash zone, we went out to Shufford park to get film of someone running away from an unknown entity

● Different glue if the string tactic is reused
Reflection: When making this board I was originally not going to use black paper, but I couldn’t do what I wanted to do So, I decided to wrap the whiteboard in black paper and execute what I wanted to do on the paper The letters for Deadly were red yarn meant to look like blood dripping down, and so was the huge slash I used red acrylic paint to create the bloody hand prints However I never really tested my products first which caused a panic while I was making the board The wrestling team came and took some of the stuff from the PR board

Reflection: When I was doing it the first time I misspelled words on the two posters and so I had to re do them While redoing them I had help from one of my cast mates Hailey W We splattered blood on the poster board Wrapping the boards was also very timely and somewhat hard to do alone The paper was stubborn to work with and very fragile
