Damar Next has really impressed us with the type of calves he puts out, and JL Rosalie 1812 is no exception. She’s a moderate heifer with all the right pieces: long-fronted, level-topped, deep-sided, and it all comes in a docile, easy-working package. Her dam is a WEBR Maxed Out daughter that gets prettier the longer we have her, and Rosalie has the potential to do the same. Super docile and easy-working, Rosalie would do well in the hands of a young showman.

Here is a daughter of many time champion NBAR Hamley with the phenotype you’d expect. Clipping her out really revealed the competitiveness of this heifer. JL Lulu’s Girl 152 is a big-ribbed, thick-topped, smooth-fronted heifer with the flash to match her half-sib champions. At our house, the end goal of a show heifer is a good cow, and with a top 17% HB, Lulu will do just that. Have one or two good show seasons, then have a calf out of her that can do the same. She posts a top 40% Herdbuilder number.
