Dear Potential Future Client, You have come here because you want to have your photo taken. Maybe you have a little one on the way or you have a big milestone birthday coming up. Or maybe, you just want some beautiful photographs of your family, so that you can forever remember them at this age. Welcome. You have come to the right place. I love getting to know my clients. I want to know what makes you laugh, what makes you cry. What makes you jump for joy, cringe in embarrassment and what puts you on cloud nine. These might sound like some pretty strange - and detailed information coming from someone who is just going to take your picture for a couple of hours. But I am not here to “just take your pictures�. I want to make photographs that withstand the test of time, that speak to you and tug at your heartstrings whenever you look at them. I want to get to know you so that your photographs are more than just pictures. They become a part of you and your family. They become photographs that you can feel.

Went to college for fashion merchandising. Changed careers in 2013 and launched TLP. Lived in NYC, London and Houston before moving to Bend. Has a never ending craving for cake, sweets and ice cream. It is the sweetest laugh you've ever heard, kisses and hugs just because. It's dirty dishes and endless laundry and why can't these kids just feed themselves?! It's quiet moments spent reading before bedtime. It's beaming with pride when they learn how to stand/walk/talk/write /read/tie their shoes/ride a bike/drive a car/get into college. It is mundane and extraordinary at the same time.
And it is so beautiful. People ask me "why". Why did you become a photographer? My answer is simple. To show you how beautiful and full of love your family is. The day in and day out may not seem very exciting, but it is the most important thing in your whole life.

MATERNITY Growing a human is no small feat. Your body is changing, your life is changing, your family is changing. It can sometimes feel like a lifetime, but really it is but a moment in time. Let's capture your perfectly round belly & your family as you prepare to welcome your little one into this world. Immediate family members are encouraged to participate. Best done between 30-34 weeks.Â
LIFESTYLE NEWBORNS Those first few weeks (oh heck, months) can be such a blur. They are so perfectly curled up and tiny and NEW. They will never be this small again. Capture every detail now, before the grow from newborn to baby. Because you'll never get this time back, and you'll want to remember it forever. Best done within the first month of life.
CHILDREN Watching your children grow up in front of your very eyes is an exciting experience. Where they once clung to your leg, they now run free...exploring, asking questions and expressing their thoughts and ideas. This is a chance to capture them exactly how they are at this moment in time.
FAMILY Time to get everyone in front of the camera! Whether it's yearly family portraits, a special occasion or "just because" your family session will be relaxed, playful and FUN! I guarantee that even Dad will have a good time. We will get a few formal portraits and the rest of our time together will be candid, lifestyle images that capture your true connection and love as a family.
WHAT DO I WEAR? Planning your clothing for your photo session can be the most stressful part of the whole process. If your family is anything like mine, getting my toddler to wear ANYTHING on a normal day is stressful enough, let alone a special outfit for a special occasion. But have no fear, I am here to help! I can help you plan your family's entire wardrobe, taking into account the location of your session, time of day and the end goal of your images (beautiful album, wall gallery). I even have a whole guide (just like this one) filled with tips and tricks to look your best. Whether you are choosing from clothes already in your closet or splurging on new outfits for the whole family, I can help you along the way. Heck - I will even shop FOR YOU! Seriously, does it get easier than that??
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION Not just a show on HGTV Just like clothing, the location of your session can help enhance your photographs. We want it to be a beautiful location but not steal the show. Lifestyle newborn sessions always take place in your home. You don't have to go anywhere with your tiny, new baby or worry about being late and forgetting diapers. I come right to you and the session takes place in your own home while you settle into your new life. Maternity, children and family session can take place at your home (for a natural, lifestyle feel to your images) or outside during golden hour (about 1-2 hours before sunset). I have a handful of tried and true beautiful locations for you to choose from or we can use a favorite location of yours.
Creative Fee
A non-refundable creative fee is due at the time of booking in order to secure your session date. It does not include printed products or digital images.

Document your little one's first year, from birth to birthday. Limited number of Grow with Me Memberships are available each year, please contact me for more information. Membership fee and a signed contract are due at the time of booking in order to reserve your session dates.
PRODUCT COLLECTION The first thing that you may notice about the product collection is that there are a limited number of products for you to choose from. This is no accident. I have searched high and low for the best and most unique products to offer my clients. These truly are products that you cannot get anywhere else. I have taken great care to curate a very small - but beautiful - collection of heirloom quality product offerings. The fine art prints are the best the world has to offer. They are printed right here in the USA (Nashville, TN to be exact). The keepsake Boxes are also handmade, custom ordered for each client. Album are our specialty. I photograph your session to tell your story, and a photo album does just that.
WHY AREN'T PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN THE CREATIVE FEE? Here at Tracy Lynn Photography our main goals is to make the photography experience as easy as possible for our clients. For that reason we offer an a la carte collection of digital and printed products for you to purchase from. There are no predetermined packages. By offering an a la carte collection our clients are able to purchase only the things that they want and need.

DIGITAL FILES We live in a digital world, there is no doubt about it. From email to social media it is safe to say that online life is here to stay. Digital files are a great way to preserve your family's memories when done properly. I always suggest to my clients that they have several forms of digital back-up as well as a printed version of their most treasured memories. Hard drives fail, technology changes. Protect yourself and your legacy as best as you can. Digital images are available in two collections: FAVORITE 10 - Select your favorite ten images from your gallery to keep forever. Images are available via digital download and include high resolution and web ready files. FULL GALLERY - This option includes every image in your gallery, you don't have to worry about narrowing them down. Includes a minimum of 30 images, in both high resolution and web ready files. Images are presented to you on a USB and includes a printed proof of every image in your gallery.

FRAMED FINE ART PRINTS PICTURE THIS Wondering what sets apart "fine art" prints from regular prints? Imagine your beautiful photograph printed on paper that reminds you of water color paper. Thick and slightly matte. The colors are rich but not oversaturated. The details are crisp while still maintaining an overall softness. These fine art prints make your photographs into a work of art. Each photograph that you order is hand printed in Tennessee. Once the print is dry it is sprayed with a protectant coating to help prevent finger prints, dirt and UV rays. It is then hand cut (with the full white glove treatment), matted and can be custom framed, just for you.
