Indulge as you Sláinte, Sip & Savor

From eclectic and modern to traditional and hearty, walking food tours to Michelin-star sit downs, Ireland & Scotland are rich lands for foodies. With herds of Shepherd’s Pies to try, seaweed’s umami flavors to explore and plenty of pints to be pulled, prepare your palate and raise a glass for tasteful journeys through the full-bodied flavors of our homelands.

Sláinte

Pronounced ‘Slan-cha’, this old Gaelic phrase literally translates to 'your good health'. With all the opportunities to experience exceptional food and drink, this toast will come in handy.

Sip

Whiskies, gins, fine wines and the famous 'black stuff', there are countless places to enjoy a tipple or two. Go behind the scenes of incredible distilleries such as Pearse Lyons, Jameson Midleton or Bow Street and the Shed Distillery. Take a journey of flavors at Edinburgh's Johnnie Walker Princes Street or simply raise a glass at a traditional pub.

May you always have love in your heart, food in your belly and a glass full of spirits

About five years ago I hosted a couple on my tour and we had the best craic. The following year they came back with their siblings, the next year with their children and then the year after that they added their cousins. We would laugh about how the group kept getting bigger every year, until finally we reached over a hundred people when they decided to celebrate their daughter’s wedding in Galway (which I was delighted to get an invite to). It's been so lovely to have that friendship blossom into a family and to think that it all started over a bite to eat just shows the power food has in making lasting connections.
