Catherine's Collection is not just accommodations, it's also an extensive, curated group of activities and experiences. From a breakfast safari at Wilson's Farm & Kitchen, an 18-course tasting menu at Aimsir restaurant and other unique food and drink experiences, to can't-miss experiences such as exploring the catacombs under Edinburgh's Royal Mile or sipping a pint at the Guinness Storehouse's Gravity Bar, we have activities to suit any type of traveler, any travel style and any occasion.

For more than thirty years we have been working with Catherine and Brendan Vacations and we are very honored to be included in Catherine’s Collection.
