How to Train an Introvert and Increase His/Her Competence Have you ever encountered an introverted person in your training session? Yes, it is that person who sits at the last, quietly listening to you, many things going on in his head but, he is unable to stop you and start a conversation. These are the people who you pay more attention to. They have a lot in their heads that may trigger a good discussion. But, their only fault is, they have no idea how to put forth their points. There are some courses that focus exclusively on these people and help you make them cope better.

And, you can make that happen. You can grow their self-esteem and build their confidence. You can make them come out of their shells and face everyone. Then, there will be no looking back. So, let us see how you can help these introverted

people become more expressive about their ideas and thoughts. What Triggers the Introverts? It has been found out that about 30% of working professionals are introverted. You can always notice that reserved shy girl or that quiet boy who does not talk much, complete his/her tasks quietly, goes on a break alone and then leave the premises without grudging. They seem so cool but so distant. So, what triggers these people? How to make them respond to situations? There is only one way. Start an interesting conversation with them that requires deep insight and knowledge. Generally, the introverts have a vast knowledge of various subjects that they gather during their alone times. If you can hit on a subject of interest, a conversation will spark immediately. Try To Understand What They Are Thinking: Introverts think a lot. They are like the burning candles, always alight, yet so calm. So, if you want to train an introvert in the most proper manner, you have to enter his/her brain. ■ ■ ■ ■

Observe them, their body language and their eyes when they speak Listen more first. You can talk later Give them a thumbs up when they say something good Make them feel that their words are important so that they speak more

In short, you have to hang out with them outside the sessions to boost their confidence. Be that friend they can talk with and express every thought that they have running in their minds. The Do’s And Don’ts Of Training Introverts: ➤ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■
