Finlay Fox 1 review I’m one of the head chefs at my local restaurant so food hygiene is obviously a really important part of my job. I know my stuff when it comes to this field, but it’s always good to refresh what you know. I’ve done a few similar courses before but none of them were as useful and extensive as this one. Now that I have the knowledge and the accreditation to prove it, I’m going to try and get my restaurant to use Training Express for their online learning. There was just such a gulf between the quality of this course and any other I’ve tried.
