"Train the Trainers“ Program is presented using training levels and modules. Each training is designed taking in consideration previous training and advancement of the target group. Each module is eight hours long (one day). &

& "Train the Trainers“ Program consists of two levels:  Basic Level, which includes 5 learning modules  Advanced Level, which includes 2 additional learning modules that can be taken according to the group performance and needs, and are usually designed by the group itself.

Luis Gaviria is an inspirational speaker, trainer and coach. After devoting many years to his clinical practice in Stress Medicine, working in Intensive Care Units in a hospital in South America, he decided to devote his time and effort s to help others in realizing their true potential as human beings. He has being working on the development of NeuroCoaching™, a simple yet practical discipline he calls “the personal and organizational toolbox”, a perfect fit for HSE.

An electrifying speaker, Luis is sought out for the lasting results of his interventions. He is the founder and president of Gaventerprise Group. Luis Gaviria still teaches psychophysiology at Universidad de Antioquia School of Medicine, at a postgraduate level. He is the author of two books in self-help, coauthored a book in cardiology, and has published a number of audio books and virtual courses.
