Recurring Back Pain

Q. What can I do about recurring back pain?

A. If you are experiencing a recurring ache or pain in your back it may be time to get it assessed.

Q. Is there different types of back pain?

A. Yes there is.

There is acute back pain which happens suddenly and usually lasts a few days to a few weeks.

There is subacute back pain which can come on suddenly or over time and last 4-12 weeks. Then there is chronic back pain which may come on quickly or slowly and lasts longer than 12 weeks and occurs daily.

Q. How do I know if my pain or muscular or nerve?

A. Nerve pain tends to be stabbing, tingling, and sharp while muscular pain is dull and steady or crampy and spasmodic.

Q. What can be done to fix my pain?

A. First of all we will assess you here in the clinic to establish what is causing and contributing to your pain. Then through hands on therapy combined with corrective exercises we will work to get you back moving unrestricted and pain free.
