“why AIESEC?” “why do I care?”
“Leaders imagine a world that they would like to be a part of, a world worth fighting for. - Seth Godin
Let’s explore the organization that you are partnering with and supporting.
What we envision in AIESEC:
Peace & Fulfillment of Humankind’s potential.
“It’s been 65 years, is this still relevant?”
What challenges does the world face right now? The Davos Agenda in 2013 We live in the most complex, interdependent and interconnected era in human history – a reality we know as the hyper-connected world. This reality presents a new leadership context, shaped by adaptive challenges as well as transformational opportunities
Can AIESEC address those needs?
“There are always different challenges and the world always needs different things.
We believe the solution can be constant and fundamental.
What do young people need?
The world needs Leadership. Significant demographic and societal changes, fundamental technological advances and continuous globalization, as well as complex multi-stakeholder issues and resource scarcity define this emerging context. These changing parameters require new type of leadership - At Davos 2013, World Economic Forum
What’s the key ideology of AIESEC?
We develop LEADERSHIP for a positive impact on society for peace and fulfillment of human kind’s potential
New Models of Leadership Developing these “frontier” competencies of new leadership require an inner and outer journey. The outer journey would expand the leaders’ capabilities off and beyond the beaten track, exposing them to diversity and harshness and to a set of experiences that they would not necessarily encounter in their normal lives. While the inner journey would expose leaders to a set of competencies that can be drawn from reflection and reinvention with the creation of a sense of “we”.
How does AIESEC do that?
We offer experiences to young people.

My Leadership Journey
That’s why we do want to raise TN... That’s why we run this project... That’s why we want to run this conference to...
AIESEC is not fast-food. We create challenging environments where young people connect to others, have the confidence to learn and the freedom to fail; Where they can discover what really matters to them, what they can bring to the world and, where they realise their potential for the future.
That journey builds something inside of a young person that will last.
“It takes ten years to build a tree; it takes a hundred years to build a man. - Ancient Chinese Saying
We want you to join this movement.
To enable and develop leadership for the future between AIESEC and your organization through our joint Experiential Leadership Development Program. “Leaders who want their organizations to survive and thrive must adjust their thinking and behaviour. Unless organizations actively modernize their leadership style, they could fall behind in areas requiring innovation, effective globalization and the ongoing search for talent. This scenario would result in organizations being unsustainable and unequipped to face future challenges. - At Davos 2013, World Economic Forum
