Part of our plan is to engage younger people in mission and with the work of our partners in Europe. One way we’ve been engaging with young people is through University Christian Union mission evenings, run by the South West Agencies Network (SWAN).

Each year TEN, along with a number of other agencies, is invited by SWAN to attend CU mission evenings at different universities in the South West.

On 2nd November, TEN Ambassador David Pryke attended the Exeter University a CU mission evening at Belmont Chapel. On the 4th November, Melanie attended the event at Cardiff University.

It is always wonderful to see the heart these young people have for mission. We were delighted that eight students signed up to receive more information about TEN. Some of the students are interested in being part of a future, short-term mission team. Others will consider joining our TENteach team to teach online English to people in Eastern Europe.

Sue Foster – In Memoriam 1936–2021

We are sorry to inform you that Sue Foster, wife of TEN's founder, Dave Foster passed away on 9th November. We at TEN recognise the vital part she played in the establishing of Eurovangelism, now Transform Europe Network. We are deeply grateful for her years of support for Dave in his ministry to encourage leaders and to spread the gospel behind the Iron Curtain as he criss-crossed the continent from the 60s to the early 90s.
