Haupa Germany a family owned business has been manufacturing quality tools for over 50 years with either distributors or agents throughout the world, offering a complete range of quality tools to satisfy the electrical market. HAUPA was founded in 1961 by Hans-Udo Pass in Remscheid, a town in the region of “Bergisches Land”. The tool industry has had a long tradition in this area. Therefore it was only logical to trade in tools and to make HAUPA a name in the tool market. It is the primary aim of the company to supply electricians with excellent quality tools.

Screwdrivers made according to the new VDE Norm 1000 V IEC 60900:2004. All blades are made of high quality Molybdenum vanadium steel, black, red-covered, Polypropylene moulded. The ergonomic moulded 2-component handles from PP/TPE material guarantees a secure grip resulting in high torque. E very screwdriver is individually tested and marked according to the new VDE-Norm.

The “Vario“ replaceable blade system with insulated replaceable blades. All screwdrivers are tested individually (IEC 60900:2004) and ensure you are able to work safely up to 1000 V and the blades have a secure hold in the approved 2-component handle. The automatic locking mechanism ensures that blades do not fall out unexpectedly. Adding the screw cap alloSIZE you to use the screwdriver for electronics as well. This practical new system alloSIZE you to handle all of the commonly used profiles with no trouble at all. Ideal for all service technicians as the blade selection can be expanded to cover your individual requirements. The tough roll carrier is made of nylon (with a belt loop and hook and eye fastening) and is a compact set characterised by its high levels of practicality and convenience. CRIMPING DIES Utilux crimping dies for Aluminium and Copper connectors are precision engineered from EN26 high tensile steel, oil hardened to 50-52 Rockwell C, ensuring long life and minimal die wear. Each hexagon die set is engraved with ‘Utilux’ on one of the die faces,

and the die part number on the other, leaving an indent on the crimp for easy inspection and verification. The selection of the die type required depends on the connector to be crimped, and the tool to be used. Special size dies made to order.
