Unlike other businesses, you will provide your services absolutely FREE to your clients. That’s right, FREE. You will get paid by the hundreds of care providers that contract with you to connect your clients with them. It’s a business where everybody wins! Those individuals 80 years old and older are the largest growing population in the nation. The multi-billion dollar assisted living industry is growing leaps and bounds every year. CarePatrol plans on growing with that increasing demand for care each and every year. IF THE SERVICE IS FEE TO FAMILIES, HOW DO I GET PAID? You receive your payment from the facilities or services that you refer to. Once a client moves into a facility, your commission fees range from 50% to 100% of the client’s first month’s fees. If a client moves into a facility for $3,500.00 per month, your commissions will range from $1,750.00 to $3,500.00. You can see how this can quickly add up with a couple of clients a week. WHAT IS THE FRANCHISE FEE? Our franchise fee is $29,500.00

What Are The Monthly Royalties? CarePatrol bases our royalty fees differently from other franchisors. We believe that our StrategicPartners are our partners, and with that, we believe that we should be rewarded for our success and our Strategic-Partners should be rewarded with their successes. With that said, our royalties are as follows: When we produce a client for you, our royalty fee is 30%. When you produce your own clients, our royalty fee is 0%. We believe your hard work should stay in your pocket. There is a $300 monthly minimum licensing fee.
Are There Other Revenue Streams CarePatrol has several revenue streams for our Strategic-Partners. 1) Senior Placement into assisted living homes and communities 2) Paid referrals to in home care specialists 3) Sale of home and facility DVD tours 4) Referral fees from other network providers 4) “Bonus Marketing Money� available for franchisees

Training PROGRAM
Corporate 5 Day Training Your training will begin in Gilbert, Arizona where you will receive hands-on training for 5 days, showing you everything you need to know about running your franchise.
3 Day Training With You We follow up our 5 day training program with 3 days of training with you in your territory where we will assist you in beginning to set up your network of providers. Our professional field representatives have first hand experience contracting with assisted living communities and in home care companies.
Certified Senior Advisor Training You will also receive your Certified Senior Advisor Training through the Academy of Senior Care Advisors. You will receive your certification from this national recognized body of professionals and will gain vast knowledge of eldercare issues to make you an expert in your area
