Lane Departure Alert (LDA) with brake to steer¹¹ is designed to help prevent vehicles drifting from their lane, by monitoring road markings, and providing a visible and audible alert should it detect any deviation from the lane. On VX grades and higher, LDA comes with the addition of Lane Trace Assist.
Using a camera to sense either approaching headlights or the taillights ahead, Automatic High Beam¹¹ (AHB) aims to help maintain safe and considerate driving by switching between high and low beam as needed. On Sahara ZX and GR Sport, AHB is replaced with Adaptive High Beam System.⁹
Road Sign Assist¹¹ was developed to help recognise certain road speed signs and provide information to you. It displays the most recently recognised speed limit on the Multi Information Display.
