We have created these itineraries in response to a huge demand from people who want to experience the Music and Culture of the Deep South but who either don’t want to drive, or don’t feel comfortable trying to arrange their own itinerary. DAY 2 Atlanta to Montgomery (Approx 2.5 hours) After breakfast we will start our journey and set out for Montgomery Alabama. DAY 4 After exploring this beautiful Gulf Coast resort at your leisure, join us for dinner and dancing at the world famous Flora-Bama Bar. America’s “Last Great Roadhouse” sits astride the FloridaAlabama state line and is a Gulf Coast landmark with it’s fabulous honky-tonk, oyster and beach bars.
DAY 5 Dip your toes in the water and relax or maybe visit one of the many attractions that Gulf Shores has to offer. Gulf State Park, Boat Tours, or even Waterville USA...the list is endless, enjoy!

Gulf Shores to Mobile (Approx 1 hour) After a leisurely breakfast and check out we will make the short journey to Mobile Alabama, home of Battleship Park and the USS ALABAMA. We will visit America’s most decorated WW2 Battleship before lunch and enjoy a couple of hours in downtown Mobile before checking in to our hotel. This evening the group will go out for dinner and live music at one of the areas best known music venues.
DAY 7 Explore and enjoy everything that Mobile Alabama has to offer. Take a trip to Dauphin Street or visit the Mobile Carnival Museum to discover the story of America’s oldest Mardi Gras.

DAY 1 Upon arrival in Nashville you will transfer to the Clarion Hotel Downtown to meet up with your travel companions.
DAY 2 Today we will visit Music Row and RCA Studio B, followed by a tour of The Country Music Hall of Fame. You will have free time for lunch on Broadway before returning to the hotel to freshen up for dinner and an evening of music and dancing at the Nashville Palace.
Enjoy a tour of the famous Jack Daniel’s Distillery followed by a group lunch at Miss Mary Bobo’s. Take some time to explore Historic Lynchburg before returning to Nashville. This evening we will travel to Music Valley for an evening at John A’s Roadhouse.
DAY 4 Explore Nashville at your own pace then meet us in the Over Under Bar at the hotel for an early dinner before travelling to The Grand Ole Opry for a live show and backstage tour.

Nashville - Franklin KY (Approx 45min) Experience small town America at its best! We will meet our local guide at Sanford Duncan Inn, before heading into town for a visit to the Old Stone Jail and exclusive access to the Methodist Church where Johnny Cash and June Carter were married in 1968. After lunch together we pay a short visit to the local Mennonite community before saying hello to “Old Friends” at Kentucky Downs. Our Franklin visit ends with dinner and live music at the fabulous Brickyard Cafe.
DAY 8 Franklin - Muscle Shoals (Approx 3 hours) Our two day visit to “The Shoals” begins in Spring Park, with lunch at the Claunch Cafe accompanied by the park’s Water & Light Show. After lunch we stop for photos at 3614 Jackson Highway, the original Muscle Shoals Studio, before taking a guided tour of Cypress Moon Studios. This evening we will have a group dinner at George’s before returning to Cypress Moon for an evening concert at the Studio on the banks of the beautiful Tennessee River.
DAY 9 Our day begins with a tour of FAME Studios followed by a fun packed trip to The Alabama Music Hall of Fame. After free time for lunch we will visit the home of Helen Keller. This evening you will enjoy a great night at The Rattesnake Saloon for dinner, drinks and live music.
After freshening up at our Memphis Hotel we will head to The King’s Palace for dinner, drinks and live music. The rest of the evening is free for you to soak up the atmosphere of Beale Street.
DAY 12 After breakfast we will make our way to Sun Studio to hear all about Sam Phillips, “The Million Dollar Quartet“ and much, much more! The rest ot the day and evening is yours to enjoy as you wish.
DAY 13 Transfer to Memphis Airport for return flight to the UK.
DAY 10 Muscle Shoals - Tupelo (Approx 1.5 hrs) Today we will visit the Birthplace of the King of Rock & Roll, Elvis Presley. Enjoy lunch in Downtown Tupelo and pop in to Tupelo Hardware, where Elvis bought his first guitar. This evening we will have a group dinner at The South Restaurant.
DAY 11 Tupelo - Memphis (Approx 1.5 hrs) Our day begins with a visit to Graceland Mansion, the family home of Elvis until his death in 1977. You will have plenty of time to visit the many museums and of course board the Lisa Marie and Hound Dog 2 planes after lunch at the Chrome Grill.

DAY 2 Atlanta - Chattanooga (Approx 2 hrs) Our journey begins after breakfast when we travel to Chattannoga for lunch (on your own) and a visit to the Famous “Choo Choo” before continuing on to Sevierville Tennesssee - Dolly Parton’s home town. After checking in to your hotel you are free to explore the local Area.
DAY 4 Today we will take you on a Mountain and Moonshine Tour through the Smokies. Later we will visit neighbouring Gatlinburg...why not take a trip up to Ober Gatlinburg to see captive Black Bears and other native creatures. This evening will be spent enjoying a live performance at the Smoky Mountain Opry.
DAY 5 Sevierville - Renfro Valley (Approx 2hrs) We bid farewell to the Smoky Mountains and travel to Renfro Valley, Kentucky’s Premier Country Music Venue for almost 80 years. We will enjoy lunch, dinner and a Bandstand Golden Oldies Show while we are there.
