HAM, LEEK AND PASTA SALAD

500 g shell pasta

250 g cured ham, cubed

4 leeks, thinly sliced (only the white part)

250 g Crème Fraiche or Greek yoghurt

125 ml thick mayonnaise

1 bunch of spring onions, thinly sliced, for garnish

• Cook the noodles al dente and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Serve cold.

• Can also be served without the pasta as a topping for bread rolls.
