T

ucked away in a lane just off the main road is this delightful eatery called The Crust Factory. A café restaurant by Comfort Inn, it’s the perfect hangout place for young people as well as families for lunch, snacks, dinner anytime all day from 11 to 11. You walk into an ambience that at once infuses you with its quirky charm and vibrant décor. Graffiti style comic strips, pop art on the walls, contemporary music – all enliven the place and set the tone for a great time. The food arrives and suddenly a swirl of smoke is created with a flourish on the table as dry ice meets hot water. The fun quotient is turned on with this nifty serving style and you’re now glad to have discovered The Crust Factory. Great too if you are trying to impress your guests with a style-meets-taste experience. The Crust Factory serves everything delicious from North Indian and tandoor fare to Chinese, Continental and other multicuisine fusion food. The emphasis is on great taste, sumptuous portions, served with panache. Start with mocktails. Star Martini made with passion fruit and apple juices comes in a martini glass with slivers of green apple. Or Guavatini, which as the name suggests is guava juice prepped with chilli and tangy spices. Or all-time favourites like Sangria, Virgin BANGALORE
