Class Project Movie Poster The class project was making a spoof movie poster. I chose to do a spoof with Si Roberston and Freddy Kueger. I got the idea from the Duck Dynasty Halloween Special, where Si Robertson mentioned that Freddy Keuger is the scariest person of all time. I used Illustrator and Photoshop for this project.

Class Project Magazine Cover The class project was making a magazine cover of any magazine. I chose National Geographic because it is one of my favorite magaines to read.

Class Project Logo Design The class project was making a logo, it could have been anything. I chose Alligator Point, because it is quiet, relaxing, especially at night. Joe’s Gym was a project that was created in 3D, I seem to have more fun in 3D than 2D. The swamp logo was my first project in class and it was quite intresting at the time, combing an image and a word together and try to make it look natural.

Class Project Photoshop In this project I used Photoshop and Illistrator. I copied part of the Alien ware logo and incorporated into a logo for the design department at Keiser University. I chose to put the alienware head on a shield to give it more of a comic look.

Class Project Logos This set of logos are quite different from the one before, Studio 208 is the logo for the pencil box project with a QR code. I believe that business cards should have QR codes as well. The guitar logo was for a small muscian shop called Atlantic Tone Master. The class project was to use a electric guitar and turn into a logo. I used Illustrator for this project.

Jules Aime Lavirotte 29 Avenue Rapp 75007 Paris, France

Jules Aime Lavirotte Nouveau Art

Class Project Brochure Jules Aime Lavirotte was born in Lyon, France on March 24th, 1864 and he passed away at the age of sixty in March 1924. Jules designed nine buildings in his life time and only seven buildings remain standing today. Jules also design sculptures for the buildings, like the ones you see here. These sculptures can be seen in Paris, France two blocks away from the Eiffle Tower, on 29 Avenue Rapp in the administrative district. Jules designed these scultpures as a personal view of he had seen Adam and Eve.

Jules saw Adam as aguileless lover that Adam had some difficulties of hidding his virility. Jules also displayed displayed the bestiary of sin by using peacocks, reptiles and bulls for masculine and bugs for its ter ego. You can see these art work that is highlighted above at http://www.flickr.com/ photos/dalbera/sets/72157626093793219/. Jules had another prespective on Eve.

Jules saw Eve as an arrogant, proud, beautiful person that love teasing viewers with her curves. This master piece has won the Concour de Facade de la Ville de Parks, ( Competition Facade of the cith of Paris) twice now. The 29th seven story building is one of the main attractions in Paris.

Art Nouveau was the project for the brochure. The reason I chose the the statue of Jules Aime Lavirotte, I love ancient history especially statues. Statues are not just an object to me, it is history that can be seen while being told at the same time. I went with a gold and black background, because to me the two colors contrasted well with the stone color. I used Illustrator and InDesign for this project.
