Open every Saturday from 8am to noon, this outdoor farmers market on Ocean Drive is a popular spot for locals & visitors.

Fresh healthy foods, locally grown produce, horticultural products, baked breads & pasteries, botanicals and a variety of unique goods are nicely displayed in a lively market atmosphere.

Across the street is Humiston Park, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean - while quaint shops and restaurants are a stroll from the market.

Rated one of the top 100 outdoor art shows in the nation, we are lucky in Vero Beach to have such an active art club that works year-round to make this annual show a smashing success! With weeping branches from Live Oak trees hundreds of years old overhead, upwards of 50,000 visitors will be strolling through the dirt paths of Vero’s Riverside Park viewing incredible artwork from all parts of the globe. For the past 72 years, the Vero Beach Art Club hosts

Under the Oaks, a Fine Arts & Craft Show. Open all day, Friday through Sunday: March 10, 11 & 12, 2023 art lovers, minus their pets, will be browsing and finding treasures to cherish. With over 200 artists from across the nation, it is a must attend, free event that provides ample parking and an impressive culinary corner featuring local caterers and food trucks.

Yet, this massive show is not the only activity the art club brings to the Indian River community. With their headquarters, located in the heart of the Historic Arts District, this art driven non-profit has been a staple since 1936 and has continually developed programs and classes to serve its neighbors. Weekly, the Gallery & Marketplace is open Tuesday through Saturday 11AM - 3PM with a wide variety of classes to engage in as well as exhibits to explore:

For fans of the outdoor art experience, visit Vero’s Ocean Drive, Humiston Park on March 26th and April 2nd for the final Art in the Park, Fine Arts & Crafts Shows, 10 AM – 4 PM.

Do you prefer sipping wine while casually visiting galleries in the early evening? Well, look no further than the ever popular, 1st Friday Gallery Stroll along Main Street from 5-8pm monthly. It is a downtown Vero tradition since 2004, where local residents meet gallery owners and featured artists with exciting exhibits with music in the background and dedicated parking in the city’s lot just east of 14th Avenue.

For art fans of a younger age, the VBAC has created a Jr. Membership for ages 12-17 with meetings held the third Friday of each month at 5:30pm from October through May (excluding January). With instruction and projects conducted by various artists, the children learn a variety of art forms and benefit from mindful mentors.

Additionally, camps are produced each year for Spring and Summer breaks. Starting June 5th, 2023, there will be seven weeks of camps, minus 4th of July week. For just $120 a week, with financial aid available, it is a total immersion of art Each day offers different exciting activities for your child; ages 5-12 years old 10am-12:30pm.

With something for everyone from kids to adults, volunteers to working artists, the Vero Beach Art Club welcomes everyone to get involved. Find a class to do with friends and bring some wine or have your child explore their passion for art during summer vacation, there are a multitude of main events and small sessions to partake in. For just $50 a year or $500 for a lifetime membership to the VBAC, one can help support the club’s efforts, over 500 members strong, in a variety of ways.
