Step 3

Step 4

To reserve the date and items you ' ve selected, you will need to sign the contract that you receive with the proposal A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to formally reserve our inventory for your date

Final adjustments, including final guest counts are due 14 days before your event date.

It's time to bring your event to life With final confirmations behind us, we begin preparing your pieces and scheduling their delivery

We can't wait to see every detail come together!

The Experience WORKING WITHTREASURY

Like every event that we have the opportunity to serve, each proposal is entirely custom. Whether you know exactly what you ' re looking for or you need some assistance to pick out the perfect pieces, we will create a proposal that specifically meets your tabletop needs

Once a proposal is sent, we temporarily reserve those pieces for you. It is important to note that inventory and dates are not guaranteed available until a contract is signed and the nonrefundable retainer for your event is paid Please note that we reserve the right to cancel proposals and adjust pricing on any proposal that has not been confirmed into a secured contract, and proposals expire 10 days after we send them unless otherwise specified.

Proposals are inclusive of all costs, including tax, a cleaning and maintenance fee/damage waiver, and delivery and strike logistics

Our rental minimum is determined based upon delivery zones and is calculated before taxes and fees

Delivery costs are custom and calculated based on round trip mileage and drive time from our Lakeland-based warehouse, delivery and strike logistics, and crew needed to deliver and setup if required. Delivery fees may be adjusted after the contract is signed based upon updated information and details provided by the client

SETTING THE TABLE

TABLE SETTING TIPS

When setting the table, all items should be one to two inches from the edge of the table to create a polished look Making sure all pieces are straight and lined up on the same horizontal line will take your settings to the next level

The forks will be set to the left of the dinner plate, while the knives and spoons will go on the right A quick way to remember this is that "left" and "fork" both have four letters while "right," "knife," and " spoon " all have five letters

The knife blade should always point to the left. This also goes for your butter knife.

We regularly see the bread plates and drinking glasses swapped in a place setting An easy cheat is to touch your index finger to your thumb Your left hand makes a "b" for bread and your right hand makes a "d" for drinks Your bread plate should be placed on the left while your drinking glasses will be placed on the right--which corresponds to these letters you just made

Avoid over-setting the table Only providing pieces that will be used during the meal will simplify your set-up, but also prevent confusion for your guests regarding which utensils to use

Plateware is typically only pre-set for buffet or station-style meals, though many choose to fully set plateware for aesthetic purposes

When in doubt about which utensil to use, just remember that it will follow the order of your courses--start from the outside and work your way in

WHAT KIND OF SETTING DO YOU WANT TO CREATE?

Determining the type or formality of the event is key in determining the best way to set your table As mentioned before, it is best to set based upon what is needed for the meal rather than overcomplicating your table

On the following page, we have provided a few basic illustrations to help guide your table setting experience

GENERAL

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO START THE PROCESS?

Share your tabletop design vision with us by creating a wishlist of your favorite items in our inventory Let us know the details of our event including the venue event date along with the start and end time and guest count so that we can begin pulling the perfect design together Once we receive your wishlist request we will reach out so that we can get to know each other better and learn more about the personal details unique to your event If you ' re unsure of the exact pieces you ' re needing, we are happy to help you navigate those decisions by creating digital mock-ups based upon your vision and inspiration for the event

WHAT DO TABLETOP RENTALS INCLUDE?

Our collection is made up of hand-source pieces to create tablesettings These pieces include chargers, dinnerware, flatware, and glassware as well as a few add-on options such as napkin rings and salt and pepper shakers

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE AN EVENT DATE?

To secure your date and requested inventory we require a signed contract and a 50% retainer payment towards the total of your rental contract Though we do allow changes after your contract is signed, we do not allow complete removal of inventory or significant decreases in counts Please review the contract for further details

CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER SIGNING THE CONTRACT?

Though we do not allow significant changes after signing the contract, we do allow minor changes up until 2 weeks before the event date This is when we confirm the final guest count and final payment is due at that time Changes to inventory, such as changing the items selected, is permitted if it is a parallel swap (i e charger for charger) These adjustments are not guaranteed and are subject to availability

HOW EARLY SHOULD I SECURE MY RENTALS?

We recommend you secure tabletop rentals around 6-8 months before an event date if you are looking for specific pieces to complete your design Though we carry large quantities in our most popular pieces, we do regularly hit capacity for pieces within our inventory during peak seasons as well as hitting our capacity on the number of events we will take in a weekend

HOW DO YOU PRICE YOUR PIECES?

Each piece in our collection is priced individually to allow complete freedom and flexibility when putting together a design However, we do offer "Rent This Look" packages that pairs a full tableset design for a reduced package price

IS SET-UP INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL COST?

In an effort to provide our clients with competitive quotes that provide only the products and services that they need we do not add set-up on our proposals If you need set-up services to be added we are happy to price that for you based upon the scope of your order

F R E Q U E N T L Y A S K E D

Q U E S T I O N S

GENERAL

WHAT FEES SHOULD I EXPECT?

All orders are subject to Cleaning and Maintenance Fees, Delivery Fees, and appropriate Taxes

We do occasionally allow orders to be picked up via Will-Call, and those orders are not subject to a Delivery Fee, but depending on the inventory rented and other order details, there may be a Damage Waiver Fee that may apply

In addition to our standard fees we reserve the right to apply additional fees during peak seasons or Holiday weeks/weekends For more information on current fees please reach out to us for details

CAN YOU SOURCE CUSTOM ITEMS FOR MY EVENT?

We are always thrilled to work with our vendor partners to source custom pieces that fit their designs Due to the nature of custom inventory and working with artisans from around the world, we recommend starting the custom process at least 8-10 months before an event

DO YOU PROVIDE DESIGN SERVICES?

Though we do not provide full event design services, we love working with clients and vendors to work through options for tabletop designs We are happy to provide digital mock-ups to showcase potential inventory pairings and options along with our final digital mock-up of the pieces selected for your event

DO YOU OFFER AN INDUSTRY DISCOUNT?

Because we primarily work directly with event professionals we do not offer a standard industry discount Our inventory is priced in a way that we may source pieces from the highest quality suppliers, so we can maintain a high level of care for our pieces reduce the need to charge damage fees after an event and so that we may pay our team members a liveable wage

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We proudly serve Central and West-Central Florida as our primary market This includes Orlando, Lakeland, Tampa, Clearwater, St Pete, Sarasota, Naples, and the surrounding areas

We are also open to serving clients throughout the state of Florida Due to the nature of our work, we do have specific delivery minimums and rental minimums for each area we serve These areas are referred to as Delivery Zones These minimums are subject to change at Treasury Rentals discretion and may be different during peak seasons and during holiday weeks/weekends

We are always happy to discuss the logistics of delivering to your venue outside of our usual delivery zones While we are unfortunately not always able to accommodate further distances, we are always happy to start a conversation and take a look at our calendars and make decisions on an event-by-event basis to see if we can partner with you!

*Each of our zones are defined by the time and distance traveled from our warehouse in Lakeland We reserve the right to define our delivery zones as they pertain to our location and mapped travel distances and estimated travel time

F R E Q U E N T L Y A S K E D Q U E S T I O N S
