I recently sold my house in Templeton, California through Greg Malik Real Estate Group, and couldn't be happier with the entire process. Because I now live five hours away from the Central Coast, all of the transactions on the sale of my house--a rental--were done through email and phone. However, that held no drawback to the smooth, seamless sale, because Greg's team is well-versed, and equipped, in handling long-distance transactions. Although Greg was always accessible to me, individual team members, who are expert in real estate as well, called me (or I could call them) to facilitate each phase of the sale, down to and including advising me on closing/transferring utilities (a bit tricky because it was a rental). All of this long-distance sale was handled by Greg and his excellent team in the best of calm and ease and friendliness. They made me feel as if mine was the only house sale on their desk at the time, but that is certainly not true, for one drive through North County would reveal to house buyers that the Greg Malik Real Estate Group is well-represented throughout Paso Robles, Templeton and Atascadero . . . and for very good reason: they are THE BEST at what they do!
