Grilled Cheese Sandwich

BEST GRILLED CHEESE EVER?

This just might be. This sandwich is prepared with three different cheeses and pressed between a couple slices of bread from Cobs Bakery. Find local Cheese Shops & Farms on Pages 38-45.

INGREDIENTS

• 30g of Emmental • 30g of Aged Cheddar • 30g of Brie • 1 to 2 tbsp of butter softened • Two slices of bread

METHOD

1 Heat up a frying pan on medium heat, or preheat panini/sandwich press to 400 degrees 2 Butter the outsides of 2 slices of bread 3 Place the Emmental on the bottom 4 Brie in the middle (Rind on if its not too thick) 5 Cheddar on the top 6 It's Important to have the Brie in the middle to prevent it from melting into the bread 7 Cook for 5-10 mins depending on chosen cooking method, flip halfway through 8 Cook until the cheese is fully melted on the inside
