Everybody under one roof! The AGSM at Tree of Life Canada is an opportunity to collaborate with our coast-to-coast sales force during this week-long trade show and conference. All ad materials must be in digital format. All digital files must be sent as CMYK 300 dpi PDF (preferred) or native file with fonts, support images in .eps or .tif format (300 dpi), and a spec sheet listing file name, software used, fonts and support images. Digital files are accepted via email or file transfer platform. Tree of Life Canada accepts no responsibility for accuracy or colour.

Two page spread should be set up as two single pages. All ads must be created to exact size listed on mechanical specifications sheet.

Keep live matter 1/4” from gutter to trim. All collected files must be accompanied by both the screen and printer fonts used.

In-Line Shoutouts will require the following:

• Logo - Vector (EPS) or 300 DPI / raster (JPG, TIF, PNG etc.).

• Descriptive copy of brand or product 30 words or less.

• Product Photo(s) 300 DPI or better. Clipping path (transparent background) preferred.

Tree of Life management has final approval for all ads with respect to editorial and creative content. Ads not in compliance after review will be returned to sender for revisions. Advertising space not cancelled before contract due date will be billed to the advertiser.

1. The booking form and all advertisements must be received by the noted deadlines to ensure they make it to print.

2. All advertisements will be subject to the approval of Tree of Life Canada, which will be entitled to revise or reject materials, upon consultation with the supplier, for any reason including judgement as a legality and honesty of claims.

3. Rates quoted and billings are in Canadian dollars.

4. Electronic files must be supplied in accordance with the technical specifications noted.

5. Advertisements will be placed as near to the product listings as possible, but no guarantee can be given or assumed.
