THIS month has been a very busy one, what with so many celebrities passing in and out of the Tresor Paris doors. Kevan Pearson continued from page 1 ASIDE from our expertise in designing beautiful bracelets, we were keen to partner with the charity as it is a topic we feel very strongly about. Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK with around 50,000 people being diagnosed each and every year. Fortunately, not all diagnosis results in tragedies, but sadly, some do and it is thanks to organisations such as that there is so much support around for the victims of breast cancer. Tresor Paris’ head of PR, Leroi Hanniford says; “We decided to support Breast Cancer Care as it is a subject close to the heart of the brand and something we feel needs more attention. We want to not only raise awareness of this issue for the month of October but hope that supporters will continue to wear their bracelets and promote the good work of this charity all year round.” Breast Cancer Care’s Director of Fundraising, Judy Beard said; “One person is diagnosed with breast cancer in the UK every 10 minutes, which is a shocking statistic. We want to be there for each and every person and their friends and families too. That’s why we are so grateful for the support of companies like Tresor Paris as without them we simply couldn’t continue to provide our free services. Thank you.” Breast Cancer Care offers skilled emotional and practical support through a range of confidential, face-to-face services, helping people every step of the way and this is just part of the reason we support them dearly. We have now created a unique bracelet that incorporates the Breast Cancer Care

Sini a gi e Tre r ari W e thought we were lucky the last couple of months, what with Amy Childs, Tinchy Stryder and Dame Kelly Holmes paying us a visit, but this month Tresor Paris were also graced with 80’s pop sensation, Sinitta. She visited our Hatton Garden showrooms earlier this month and was a joy to be around, oohing and ahhing at our new collections before tweeting; “LOVING my pink Tresor Paris bracelet”. Formerly known for her singles ‘So Macho’, ‘Cross my Broken Heart’ and ‘Toy Boy’, Sinitta is now best known for her role as guest mentor support to the X Factor judges, most notably, Simon Cowell. As well as dabbling in west end musicals in her youth, she has also made other television appearances, taking part in ‘Celebrity Wife Swap,’ ‘Never Mind the Buzzcocks’ and ‘Loose Women’. More recently, Sinitta last year participated in ‘Dancing on Ice’ but is now back to where she truly belongs – The X Factor. Sinitta has appeared as Simon’s mentor support in every year of the hit
e
ITV Show since 2004 and will this year be featuring alongside Louis Walsh, due to Simon’s absence. Her long-standing relationship with Cowell dates ac to her eing his first ever signing for the record company ‘Fanfare Records’ he co-created with Iain Burton. Although so e ere sceptical of initta s first single ‘So Macho’, Cowell was determined to make Sinitta a hit and they have remained friends ever since, despite the breakdown of their romantic relationship. Despite Simon now being engaged, there are some fans who believe it is meant to be, ranking Sinitta as third favourite to marry Mr Cowell. Though among others are Louis Walsh and Piers Morgan so we wont take this one too seriously! Having last year assisted Simon in the mentoring of guiltypleasure boyband ‘One Direction’, Sinitta also worked with cheekychappie, Olly Murs during the 6th series. As always, there will be four groups – male soloists aged 1624, female soloists 16-24 years, over 25s and groups. Sinitta will be working with the Over 25’s but this years series has seen some very talented people indeed, along with a few notso-talented wannabees. It will be the eighth series of the ITV show and it’s not likely to disappear anytime soon
fac r – the show is the biggest ever television talent competition in Europe and has been a roaring success with the public. Last years series saw an average of 14.13 million UK viewers and this years will no doubt exceed record statistics. Not least because of the new judges. This years panel include Take That heart-throb - Gary Barlow, one third of RnB band N-Dubz - Tulisa Contostavlos, Grammy Award winner - Kelly Rowland and X Factor regular - Louis Walsh. It’s clear Sinitta is just as excited for this series as we are, posting on twitter; “see you tonight for X Factor UK, be there or be Square!” The next few weeks will see some of the young hopefuls being called back to the judges houses for further selection where a lucky few will be greeted with Sinitta alongside boyband manager Louis. Some have speculated that the pairing of the
two is an odd combination but we’re sure they ill get on st fine ort natel , initta has a great sense of humour, even mocking herself in her display image on twitter – the picture sho s a ponge o arepants fig re dressed up like her in that bikini! side fro earing e otic o tfits, and her other obvious passion, singing, Sinitta is also the proud mum of two adopted children, Magadalena, 5 and Zac 4. Unfortunately we didn’t get to see them on this occassion, but Sinitta left with gifts for the two little ones – no doubt ensuring they are as stylish as their mother; For Magdalena, The ‘Combray’, a white 18ct rose-gold plated bracelet with diamond set ends and a teddy bear, and for Zac, the ‘Godisson’, a handsome grey magnetite bracelet. Perfect for little stars in the making! They weren’t the only ones in for a treat though; Sinitta gushed as we presented her with the ‘Deauville’ bracelet, consisting of 11 crystal spheres and 8 magnetite balls, known for their healing properties. She also opted for the luxurious ‘Bordeaux’ – a white pave set crystal bracelet with a black diamond and 18ct gold plating. We will certainly be keeping a look out and checking her wrists during this series of the X Factor.

I then went on to manage one of their stores, training their staff on jewellery, as some had no experience. What excites you most about workin in the ewellery industry It’s got to be the diamonds. I just
love them, what woman wouldn’t? Working within Tresor Paris has allowed me to explore the many different aspects of working with diamonds as well as crystals. Ha e you always wanted to work in the ewellery fashion industry I originally wanted to work in lingerie, so this is completely different, but I love what I do, I wouldn’t change it for the world and it’s a great experience to work for such a great name. ou deal with recious stones and ex ensi e materials What do you refer to work with I find diamonds more interesting because of their versatility, but you can be more creative with what you do with crystals, as they are less expensive. They dazzle beautifully and will compliment any outfit. Crystals are becomin more o ular do you think that they will be the next bi thin ’ in fashion Definitely with the downturn in the economy, it’s a more affordable product that everyone can buy. They’re a lot more eye-catching and they look great. More and more celebrities are becomin interested in Tresor Paris who would you like to see in Tresor Paris I would really like to see Fergie from ‘The Black Eyed Peas’. She has great style and a very forward thinking in her dress sense. I had a chance to see them at the O2 Arena and they were amazing. Her costume was out of this world.

B Goes for Gold (Again) I
t seems Tresor Paris is not only a favourite amongst popstars, comedians and TV stars but with athletes as well! This month Dame Kelly Holmes popped in and left with some beautiful bespoke designs made exclusively for her website – all for one lucky winner. Dame Kelly, who began her athletic career at the tender age of just twelve, won the gold medal for both the eight h ndred and fifteen h ndred etre events in the Summer Olympics in Athens. She set British records on numerous events and to this date, still holds the records for the eight h ndred and fifteen h ndred etre iddle distances. With Dame Kelly’s Olympic success in mind, the items ere created to incorporate the tradition of the ritish ag design but with a luxurious feel – the jewellery features crystal-embellished spheres and magnetite stones that are entwined together using the tradition Tresor Paris Tibetan
cord. Sure to be on a winning streak. Having been graced with titles such as ‘BBC Sports Personality of the Year’ and ‘European Female Athlete of the Year’, the Olympic gold medallist is no stranger to the finer things in life and e eller is no e ception As well as leaving with the competition prizes, Dame Kelly also took a liking to a number of bracelets from our Orion collection. She opted for the St. Michel, Nice, and St. Germain - a striking selection of our traditional crystal bracelets in a variety of colours. As well as this, Dame Kelly left with the Auteuil, from our Triton Collection and the Cap Ferat from our Cygnus Collection. The Auteuil is made up of black agate stones with a black diamond set in sterling silver and hand finished ith ct hite gold plating he Cap Ferat, though quite the opposite of the Auteuil, is equally as stunning - a white crystal and white turquoise ho lite racelet finished in the sa e high standard, featuring a black sterling-silver-set diamond and white gold plate. We think Dame Kelly was rather impressed with her new additions, tweeting pictures of the goodies to thousands of her Twitter followers and posting on her blog; “I had the pleasure of meeting with the PR and sales team of the jewellery company ‘Tresor Paris’ based in Hatton Garden. Tresor Paris are a gorgeous collection of bracelets, earrings, necklaces and rings – hand finished spar ling spheres ade with a variety of precious and semiprecious gemstones and fabrics, set ith the finest ech cr stals and magnetite balls which have a positive spiritual feel. And guess what, how lucky am I?. Tresor Paris generously gave me some of their beautiful jewellery to wear at special occasions! I look forward to being able to enjoy this lovely range and support the tea at ead ffice Dame Kelly who is an Ambassador for the l pic a es, recently requested a green, blue and yellow bracelets from our Le Couleurs Collection for a good will Ambassador trip to Brazil for the youth games. for some time and have found that being friends as well as having an excellent working relationship is what makes the partnership work well. Says Bobby on working with Leroi. “Since the restructuring at Tresor Paris it was a natural progression for the two of us to take over the department”. Since the coalition they have brought in a number of high profile projects, namely partnering with Breast Cancer Care as well a the MOBO’s. “Things have been going from strength to strength and we are going to have work twice as hard to top what we are currently achieving” Said Leroi on the future of the department.

Magic Man Damien shows us some vanishing tricks
MAGIC MAN, Damien O’Brien recently visited the Tresor Paris HQ and was lucky enough to be able to dazzle Alexandra Burke with some of his magic. The ‘magician-to-the-stars’, who began practicing his skills at the age of just 12, has performed for numerous other celebrities including Akon, Nelly and 50 Cent. Alexandra was clearly impressed with his levitating card tricks and she’s not the only one - Peter Andre has even spoken of his talent; “One word to describe this, incredible!” Damien, aged 25, who lives in South East London, started his career gigging in local venues before an impromptu performance one evening outside a London nightclub kick-started a chain of events that has brought him to where he is now. Having appeared on the Penn and Teller show, Fool Us as well as ITV’s Daybreak, Damien has now built up a huge number of fans. His wizardry knows no limits with magic ranging from cards and coins to mind control and levitation. He also dabbles in making peoples

After performing as a street magician, a certain club owner was so impressed; he decided to allow him into his private parties, showcasing his talents to his guests. Since then, Damien has been able to perform at star-studded events throughout the world, including The Brit Awards, our fellow MOBO’s, T4 On the Beach and The Wireless Festival. So enthusiastic is he, Damien loves performing and bounces off his crowd’s reaction; “There’s no better buzz than pulling off an amazing illusion right under someone. To watch their childlike wonder, there’s no other word to describe it but… magical.” Sports brand Nike and Ashley Cole are also both fans with Nike describing him as; “the highlight of our events” and Ashley Cole stating; “Damien is the best, no one does it better.” We were thrilled to have this talented young magician in the showroom and almost didn’t want to let him leave! At least he took some Tresor Paris goodies with him though; Opting for the Epierre, Pizieux and Eze, Damien is now the proud owner of a capsule collection of friendship bracelets. The Epierre, very fittingl , is perfect for the stage - a traditional Tresor Paris design, this bracelet features eleven white crystals and two magnetite balls woven together with a black Tibetan cord. Ideal for getting you noticed! The Pizieux, a si ilar design, feat res five gold crystals strategically placed in between six white crystals for a more showbiz effect. Damien also opted for the pretty in pink, Eze, a women’s bracelet, presumably for one lucky lady, featuring nine pink crystals and mimicking the gents black Tibetan cord. His and hers? One thing’s for sure, he will be wowing the crowds again soon…

Amy Smiles
AMY CHILDS, first no n for her part in the hit ITV2 show The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE), has now left the Celebrity Big Brother House! Amy, 21, appeared in two seasons of the inning realit sho , helping to bring in over 1.4 million viewers every week. ITV bosses say that what made it such a hit with the public, was the fact that people could identify with all 9 of the shows main characters; those of which include Amy’s est friend, a aiers and e o friend Kirk Norcross. The aim of the show, often referred to as the UK version of ‘The Hills’ was to create entertainment with “real people in odified sit ations, sa ing nscripted lines but in a structured way.” , a alified beautician-turnedglamour-model, sizzled on the show, opening her own beauty salon and introducing the ‘vajazzle’ to millions of the otherwise uninformed public. A real hit, she won herself ‘Personality of the ear at the first ational ealit TV awards, no doubt down to her easygoing persona and famous “Shutup!” catchphrase. It seems Amy had her sights set higher, however; as she announced on Twitter that she would not be returning for the third series of TOWIE; “Thank you for your lovely messages, I will miss TOWIE so much, but you will be seeing more of me thanks for
your support. I’m sorry I haven’t tweeted you all but I will let you know more when I can, it’s very exciting”. Instead, Miss Childs entered the Celebrity Big Brother House earlier this year, along with the likes of Kerry Katona, Paddy Doherty, Jedward, Bobby Sabel, Lucien Laviscount, Pamela Bach-Hasslehoff, all erco , arren ons, and ara eid, charming not only more viewers, but a certain fellow housemate. Before entering the house, the recently single gal-about-town spoke of her determination to be bigger than Katie Price (aka Jordan). Not just a pretty face, Amy beamed confidentl a o t her f t re - she no s exactly what she wants and how to get it. With a string of deals totalling over £500,000 pre-CBB, Amy is now sure to be in with a career carved out in the celebrity industry; Amy has already appeared on other ITV shows such as This Morning, pulling in viewers, as well as dabbling in a spot of high end modelling – featuring in Vogue, she posed along the Essex coast showing off a lac fig re h gging dress and a leather jacket. And all this at the ripe age of 21! ort natel for s, Amy took time out of her fully packed agenda for a spot of Tresor Paris therapy when she visited our show room in Hatton Garden. Accompanied by equally charm-
ing mum and manager, Amy browsed and admired the plentiful Tresor Paris collection, perhaps looking to impress somebody in the CBB house? Already the proud owner of the white Monaco Tresor Paris bracelet, Amy picked out the very girly pretty-in-pink Cholet, which has 11 white and pink alternating crystal balls. In addition to her expanding Tresor Paris collection she also opted for St Claude, which has a mixture of 11 coloured crystal covered balls and magnetite stones. Good choice Amy! Amy’s mother Julie has recently spoken of the strong relationship between the two, and ho diffic lt it as to ave her off into the Big Brother house; “It was very emotional. She cried”. Ahh we’ve always known she was a family girl! Julie believed that her recent split with banker boyfriend Joe Hurlock, 24, would add to the anticipation of Amy entering the house and was visibly concerned for her daughter’s emotions. Julie was a big fan of Joe and was unsure of how Amy would react to male attention in the house. Speaking of Joe, Julie says “I know she loves him and he loves her o never no hat ill happen It’s just the wrong time now.” But male attention she did get, with one particular gentleman Lucien Laviscount seeming quite smitten – the pair even shared a late night swim whilst in the house, as well as reinacting that Dirty Dancing routine. Amy insisted throughout however, that they are st friends and despite irting ith the good-looking young actor, denies any romantic feelings toward him. Amid other romance rumours was the inclination that Amy could be starting back with ex boyfriend and fellow TOWIE member, Kirk Norcross, whose father owns the successful nightclub chain, the Sugar Hut group. e first sa ir and s ro ance in season one of TOWIE but it quickly evaporated and soon both moved on to new partners. Now both newly single, Kirk, 23, posted a snap of the pair cosy-ing up at the TV choice awards on Twitter and sparked rumours of a possible reconciliation.
