However, if you prepare your own facial mist, you can slightly add acidic properties and resolve this problem & give your skin the right nourishment, but in a balanced way.


Ingredients Raw apple cider vinegar- 2 tablespoons • Mist bottle • Distilled Water •

Method: Take a mist bottle & mix two tablespoons of raw ACV with distilled water in it. Refrigerate it for some time and shake well before use.


Anti-aging facial mist Vitamin C provides wonderful defense against free radicals (Free radicals damage the parts of cells such as DNA, Cell membranes).

Ingredients • Water- 6 ounces • Hibiscus tea- 3 bags • Witch hazel- 1 ounce • Vitamin C powder- ½ teaspoon


Method: Let the water to boil, after that and add Hibiscus teabags (organic).

Cover it for 20 minutes. Remove the tea bags and add an ounce of Witch hazel (alcohol-free) & Vitamin C powder. Transfer the mixture to a spray bottle. Store it in a cool, dry place.

Important tip: Refrigerate it for long shelf life. Prior to using the product on your face, apply it to your neck to check skin sensitivity.


Toning Facial Mist (Best for Oily skin) This special facial mist suits best for oily skin. It rehydrates your face without clogging your pores, in fact, tightens the pores to keep away impurities from the skin.


Ingredients Mist bottle • Witch hazel- 2 tablespoons • Aloe Vera gel- 1 teaspoon •

Method: Add 2 tablespoons of Witch hazel & 1 teaspoon of Aloe Vera gel

to the mist bottle, add distilled water, & shake well.


Rehydrating Facial Mist (Best for Sensitive skin) Rosewater helps in rehydrating & soothing the skin, making it ideal for dry/sensitive skin types. It also has anti-inflammatory properties, which helps in reducing eye puffiness.


Ingredients • Rose petals (organic) - 6 to 8 cups

• Ice cubes • Distilled water • A medium-sized pot with lid • Tongs • Wide mouth bowl • Glass jar or vessel to store rosewater • 6 drops chamomile essential oil (optional)


Method: Place a heavy bowl in the bottom of a pot, and then place a wide-

mouthed bowl on the top of the heavy bowl. Pour distilled water on the sides & add rose petals, let them submerge in the water. Place the lid of the pot (upside down) and put a handful of ice cubes in the center. Let it simmer for the next 20 minutes, and wait until the petals lose its color. Remove the bowl with the help of tongs and pour the collected rose water into a jar.


For every skin type If you are not so sure which face mist would suit your skin type, then do not worry, you cannot go wrong with a green tea face mist. This is antiinflammatory, fights acne, and has a rich amount of anti-oxidants.


Ingredients A green tea bag • Mist bottle- 2 ounces • Vitamin E oil- 2 to 3 drops (optional) •

Method: Put the tea bag in a cup of boiling water; remove it after 4-5

minutes and put the cup in a refrigerator. For better hydration, add Vitamin E oil (2-3 drops) and transfer water from the cup into the spray bottle & store it in the fridge again. Use it two times a day.
