Two years already passed and I am still with TRG handling the original account the first time I entered it. What does this mean? It means a lot of things. But one word will explain how I feel about those things - satisfied! One will say I am right about the things going on within the account on the contrary to the hearsays that majority did not think so. I let that be. In this world full of uncertainties, we should all think positively to balance the good things countering the bad things. Bad things happen for a reason. Maybe to change for the better or work hard for positive development. The key to success lies together with the mud that we walked into. Being on top is nothing without being rock-bottom. It is just the way of searching for the ladder to reach the goal. Reaching goals will never be possible for a team if cooperation and unity are lacking. A team must have the same objective to level up the drive. That objective should also be instilled in every team members culture in order to habitually attain greatness not just for one day but for each day we work our asses off.
When I joined TRG, I told myself I have to stay with it for five years, not thinking the role I will be doing for it. I started small meekly and declined the trainer's post then since I want to learn the account fully first and work my way up. Patience really is a skill. A skill which you will learn if you want to. Learning it will require focus and dedication. There are a lot of things I learned with the people I worked with but one thing is for sure, I still think about how good those are when I practice it and the benefits I will reap out of it. After doing so, I think of what benefits will everyone in the team gain.

I love what I do and the people around me. I enjoy being with my colleagues and working with them. those are the reasons why I am still where I am today. Being happy does not mean getting good compensation, it is being satisfied in general. If I am not happy, well, maybe I will look for other ways to make me one. If I really found none, then it is high time I look for other opportunities.
We are currently working on a site where you could leave a message or trail for everyone to see and give advices. An open graffiti wall if you may call it.
Be the positively amongst the negatives and charge the rest with your energy!
Hopefully this will materialize by next week or if not, by next month.

Photos and article by Chez Bercero On the northernmost part of Bicolandia is an unknown paradise that can rival the white sand beach of Boracay and the serenity of Pagudpud, still virgin and unspoiled- the beautiful and enchanting islands of Calaguas (Calaguas Pinoy Choice's Blog 2010)
With an hour and 30 minutes into our boat ride, we finally got a glimpse of Calaguas’ lengthy shores from a distance. The sand wasn’t gleaming white and the color of the water and the surroundings weren’t as vivid as I had imagined them to be. Perhaps because the sky was overcast and it was still early. But I could already see how clear the water was and how smooth the sand is as our boat struggled to the dock in the rough waves near the shoreline. At last, I fulfilled my long time dream of setting foot on this unspoiled tropical island. As the sun’s rays peeked through the thick gray clouds, Calaguas slowly revealed its charm. Turquoise waters and shimmering grains of powdery white sand broke the spell of the gloomy weather. It was indeed the perfect beach I have always imagined it to be. After pitching our tent, I changed into my swimwear and ran to the water as if it was my first time to swim in the sea. It was the 4th island I have visited within the week but it was the only beach where I actually swam this long and in total abandon.

Since everyone dreams of going on an exciting adventure, if you finally get that chance, make sure not to miss going to the Bahamas! Known for its great tourist spots, fun activities, and heavenly islands, it is really the place to go. Some of its Islands are Andros Island, which is the largest of them all, Nassau/Paradise Island, Grand Bahama, Abaco Island, Harbour Island - Eleuthera, Exuma, San Salvador Island and Bimini.

Parliament Square in Nassau
Of course, visiting all the best spots there during one short stay is so far not possible, so it's best to choose the island that best fits your vision of a much needed getaway. For some peace and quiet, Exuma is the place to be. This is a serene and tranquil side of the island that not a lot of people had been before; if it's an escape from the busy city that you're after, then you wouldn't want to leave this place the moment you set foot on it. After you've treated your body with it's much needed rest, don't fail to try the Thunderball Grotto in Great Exuma, a fantastic underwater cave, used in the filming of two James Bond movies and is a must see for people who love diving and snorkeling.

If your group is up for a daring ride, Grand Bahama is the perfect destination! The second most popular destination in Bahamas. Experience Freeport, capital of the island where much action can be found. It offers almost every traveler could hope for. Golf, nightclubs, duty-free shopping, water sports, diving activities and fishing. Their Superior Water-sports Snorkeling Tour is the most enjoyable activity to do in the Island. Did you recently get hitched, or are you the type of couple who wants to collect intimate and unforgettable moments? You may want to check Harbour Island - Eleuthera, with its 3 1/2 miles of perfect pink sand. This colorful appearance is from the broken pieces of seashell mixed in with the sand. You will definitely feel the romance and intimacy of the place. Go scuba-diving if you can, or at least snorkel and enjoy the underwater scenery.

You will also love the art and culture of the Island. Seeing the Parliament Square is going to be absolutely spectacular. These flamingo-pink government buildings are excellent examples of the colonial architecture of Old Nassau. Addition to the thrill is the nearby Nassau Public Library - used to be an old prison. Eventually, you'll need a place to settle down and get some shut eye after an exciting day. There are some hotels and resorts in the island that come up with all inclusive packages to help you save loads of bucks when you're determined to have a getaway. Luxurious hotels are also worth spending for cause of their world-class amenities. Rooms/Suites go from Gardenview, Partial oceanview, Oceanview to Oceanfront with a fantastic view of the ocean and sand that will allow you to enjoy the pleasures of the very comfortable rooms. Being in the Bahamas feels like paradise. It's a unique vacation, there is absolute solitude, luxury, excitement and privacy that will allow you to fully recharge from the stress of the city life!

The skies were very cloudy and even the ground was covered with blanket of mist or fog. The flight was going relatively uneventful, when suddenly the plane started shaking. It shot straight up for a few seconds, went the complete opposite way and nose-dived for just as long as I realized that it has already landed.
Even as early as a week before our little weekend in Bohol, we were bracing ourselves for testy weather since all forecasts pointed to gloomy, if not all-out rainy altogether. So we were surprised that although it was as bright and sunny as we would’ve wanted it to be, the weather at least wasn’t foul. It was mostly cloudy, with some decent sunny periods every now and then. We were mostly there to relax. We stayed at Panglao Regency Resort, at the very end of the quaint Alona beach. The digs were nice enough, not as luxurious as the fancy resorts we’ve been to, but more than sufficient for a nice weekend out of town.
It is such a brilliant place that we spent more time in the pool area, They also have a nice view deck, just to the side of the pool, where you can just chill, have drinks, and whatever it is you like to do as you look at the nice ambiance. They can also set up a romantic sunset dinner at the deck for a special touch.
Expansive white sand beach! Once the sun comes out and hits the sand, the whole beach turns a bright white powder. Everyone enjoyed and got to explore the lovely Puntod also Known as "Virgin Island" until the afternoon of our second day. Given how much we loved it, we would’ve wanted to spend more time there!"
