Headquartered in Port Coquitlam, with affiliate companies in Kuala Lumpur, Los Angeles, New York, Singapore, and India, Natu’oil is committed to corporate responsibility while producing the highest quality products and delivering excellent customer service. As the first company to introduce sustainable refined palm oil in North America — a year before it was internationally mandated — Natu’oil was able to utilize sustainability as a competitive advantage, establishing itself as an industry leader, and becoming the largest importer of packaged palm oil, as well as the largest importer of energy supplements to dairy farmers, within North America. With a strong belief in supporting local communities, as well as those abroad, the company continues to donate, host, or support causes such as the Royal Columbian Hospital’s South Asian Health Fund donating $100,000, Eagle Ridge Hospital, Disaster relief for fire and flood victims, Share Family & Community Services Food Bank, the Gujarati Society of BC, The Terry Fox Foundation, and more. Natu’oil also contributes extensively to causes beyond the Tri-Cities region. Throughout the pandemic, Natu’oil sponsored food for frontline workers at the Royal Columbian Hospital, as well as, for the food banks in Downtown Vancouver and Surrey that aid underprivileged families with their groceries and meal requirements. Internationally, Natu’oil has also contributed to initiatives that enhance the education of elementary school students and organizes an annual medical camp for lens implants for patients with cataracts that require surgery in the state of Gujarat in India.

The majority of Natu’oil’s office team resides in the Tri-Cities and devote a great deal of their time outside of working hours to giving back to the local community. Team members lend their expertise by participating as governing board members on nonprofit organizations or coaching local recreational sports teams, supporting local food banks, and volunteering with the Immigration Settlement Services of BC. This culture of caring was present from the day that Natu’oil was established, and the team continues to give back to the local community and support charitable activities around the world.
