Learn how to make natural remedies using eucalyptus, camphor and mint to help ease congestion at a workshop hosted by the Coquitlam Heritage Society. From 1 to 3 p.m., staff will be at Mackin House Museum (1116 Brunette Ave , Coquitlam) to teach participants how to make “shower buddies,” as well as elderberry cough syrup, ginger lozenges, rosehip/ elderberry tonic and chai tea to boost the immune system.
