You can’t go wrong with anything at Tazza Kitchen, especially when it comes to the salads. This spot with two locations in the Triangle, Raleigh and Cary, has been one of my favorites for YEARS. Here are a few seasonal salad creations available now: Crunchy Potato + Arugala, Kale + Chilies, and Strawberry

PRO’S EPICUREAN

You know I had to throw in a Downtown Cary gem! Pro’s Epicurean Market and Cafe is, “an eclectic market, café and wine bar featuring authentic Italian and French European cuisine that celebrates the passion and love for food and drink that has embraced our community and nation.” This cozy cafe is the perfect place to catch up with friends, have a great salad, and glass of wine! They have some delicious signature salads, as well as pasta, sandwiches, and so much more.
