Client admiraton and fond of the character Gandari Queen from Mahabarata Story and requested to use hotel name upon her name. The building has to be Balinese style and designed to be a tranquil place for artist, dancer, painter, yogi in the middle of hustle bustle Seminyak area. Architect proposed to mix Balinese style with contemporer Asian Style

Superior Room
Floorplan designed based on zoning planning that put public space upfront and the more private area behind. Front area of hotels are gallery, multifunction room, restaurants, spa, gym area and office. Meanwhile, In the back of area lays several private villa.
Suite Room
Villa Room Bedroom are divided into 3 types: superior room (smallest size), suite room ( medium size), and villa ( biggest size). The three types intended to accomodate various type of visitors and customers that came around Seminyak, Bali.

The site wall is high enough due to noise caused by surrounding activities. Thus, sound barrier needed to put side by side and at the backside in the form of greenery.

Improving intersection by providing pedestrian bridge • Improving streetway by widening street body and gave clear divider between each street function : pathway, greenery, parking. • Improving street facade along the way • Forbidden area for several spot to improve walkability • Making underpass for north-south access so that walkability and accesibility area around Tugu Yogyakarta could improve • Facade renovation in intersection area • Enhance green space quality by gave clear setback infront of river area (around 20-30 m). • Improving several vacant spot around districts to be mixed used and function as public space

Oasis house was inspired by many bad effects on environment: traffic jam, stressful job and environment, air pollution, lack of green space. The house created to be a home, a place to relax, by providing a green relaxing spot as an “oasis” inside the house, by applying pivot door to optimize room function. To create home that has innercourtyard and void inside in a limited site size area. So that a space as an “Oasis” can be created in the middle of the house

West Java Art and Cultural Center (WJACC) is expected to be a “container” to accomodate art, cultural activities for Bandung people. Riungan came from “Ngariung”, means to gather around. The building circulation acts as circular ramp that allows people to jogg, or walk around while seeing activities inside the building.

Inspired by local tribe that came from Sulawesi called Bajo Tribe. They were migrating to Labuan Bajo, and lived floating in the coastal of Labuan Bajo’s beach. This floating restaurant provide not only amenities but also act as attractor for local tourism.
