We use #304 grade stainless steel in our products. It contains a minimum of 18% chromium and 8% nickel to retain an austenitic structure at all temperatures. Grade #304 is the most versatile TM and the most widely used of all stainless steels. Its chemical composition, mechanical properties, weld ability and oxidation resistance provide the best all-round performance stainless steel.

Teak is a close grained hardwood with a high natural oil content. It is highly resistant to rotting and almost impervious to the effects of sun, rain, frost or snow. These characteristics make it the ideal timber for all outdoor applications. Many other TM hardwoods are used for outdoor furniture and some are even marketed as â&#x20AC;&#x2DC;teak substitutesâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;. However, there is no substitute for teak and no other hardwood will perform to the same standard as teak in outdoor conditions.

STAINLESS STEEL

MAINTENANCE

We use #304 grade stainless steel in our products. It contains minimum of 18% chromium and 8% nickel to retain an austenitic structure at all temperatures. Grade #304 is the most versatile and the most widely used of all stainless steels. Its chemical composition, mechanical properties, weld ability and corrosion/ oxidation resistance provide the best allround performance stainless steel.

Stainless steel is generally resistant to corrosion. Natural hazards such as dust and moisture in the air can attack the finish on this type of outdoor furniture. A regular cleaning of stainless steel frames is required on a monthly basis to remove the natural deposits, salts. Use fresh water only; spray the frames down thoroughly at a high hose pressure. A soft dusting cloth can then be used to enhance the surface.

It is used in all industrial, commercial and domestic fields because of its good corrosion and heat resisting properties. The surface finish on Stainless Steel is finely developed and maintained during finishing process to ensure pleasing aesthetic appearance of Stainless Steel.

TEAK

MAINTENANCE

Teak is a close grained hardwood with high natural oil content. It is highly resistant to rotting and almost impervious to the effects of sun, rain, frost or snow. These characteristics make it the ideal timber for all outdoor applications. Many other hardwoods are used for outdoor furniture and some are even marketed as â&#x20AC;&#x2DC;teak substitutesâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;, however, there is no substitute for teak and no other hardwood will perform to the same standard as teak in outdoor conditions.

Teak does not require any special maintenance routine. Left outside, the exposed surfaces of the furniture will become a soft silvery grey in color. Besides, weather will cause some surface erosion leading to slight surface roughness, possible mildew and checking. Checking is a natural process that occurs when teak develops small cracks in the end grain. However, this does not affect the durability of teak furniture.

Only premium grade plantation grown teak is used in Triconville furniture. The features of premium grade teak are consistent grain structure, the absence of knots, splits or cracks. All teak furniture comes in natural smooth finish.

RECLAIMED TEAK

MAINTENANCE

Reclaimed teak is tremendously durable and retains its integrity in the face of expected knocks and marks that a well used piece of furniture will experience. Reclaimed teak has exposed over the years, created mature seeds, beautiful and rich colors such as forest plantations. It is a very hard weight, strong wood, common oily to the touch. This oil on teak wood makes it very robust. Most sustainable furniture made from hardwood recycled or reclaimed because it is the most durable and life family-proof. Notches and scratches are an integral part of the furniture, and an aide memoire of the chronological quality of the wood.

All our wicker furniture is hand woven with Viro速 and RehauTM fiber, both premium synthetic Polyethylene fibers. It is highly flexible, UV and weather resistant. This fiber is designed to be insensitive to temperature differences ranging between -25C-70C. It is 100% recyclable and resistant to chlorine and salt water.

Stock Color

Our fiber is guaranteed for 3 years from delivery to withstand fading, weathering or cracking. The mechanical and physical properties have been tested by the Sentra Teknologi Polimer, Indonesia and the productivity and Standard Board, Singapore in accordance with the test methods issued by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

VIRO® ROD FIBER PATENTED KUBU GREY COLOR Detailed all weather wicker Kubu Grey is arise by a sophisticated process which give an aged look and feel like a natural rattan. While this is a special design of Viro®, yet it is still highly flexible, UV and weather resistant, insensitive to temperature differences ranging between -25C-70C and 100% recyclable and resistant to chlorine and salt water. The guarantee also remain the same as other Viro®’s products.

BATYLINE® Batyline® is made by a French company, Ferrari, and is widely used in premium outdoor furniture. Batyline® is an extremely durable and high quality material consisting of a polyester fiber covered by a coating of PVC, making it nearly impossible to tear. It is 100% synthetic and resistant to rot and mildew. It is highly resistant to UV radiation and fading. It can withstand temperature extremes, ranging from -30C to 70C. It is an ideal material to be used near swimming pools or other aggressive environments with chlorine or salt water. Sagging is minimal as it has a maximum stretch of 3%. It also has a “memory” - it will slowly regain its original shape after it has used, especially when placed out in the sun.

MAINTENANCE Being a synthetic material, our all weather wicker outdoor furnitures requires almost no maintenance. If a piece gets dirty, it can simply be hosed off with water. For tougher grime, wash with a mild soap.

MAINTENANCE The fact that there is no moisture absorption results in quick-drying action, little sensitivity to staining, and simplicity in cleaning. Batyline® fabrics can be cleaned by just the wipe of a sponge with soapy water. Scouring agents and solvents are to be strictly avoided! Batyline® fabrics dry very quickly because of their open structure. They allow you to take advantage of the shortest sunny period and stay cool even in full sunshine. Batyline® thread has an antifungal treatment.

We keep the stock for all these fabrics to enable us to make timely delivery. From Sunbrella to Serafil, you have best of the materials available in this industry.
