When I read through the 2020 edition of the Trinity Today magazine, I was reminded of the incredible impact our alumni have on the world, in so many ways. Thanks to your overwhelming support in 2020, these positive impacts will continue, and the next generation of Trinity students will have the chance to grow and develop, just like those who walked before them. Thank you again for your support, I can’t express my gratitude enough.
Scott Charles (TC 1986) Executive Director of the Foundation, Deputy Warden & Director of Advancement
2020 was perhaps the toughest year the College has ever faced – we started the year with devastating bushfires in Australia, only to be thrust into a global pandemic soon after. But when we needed our supporters, you were there, helping Trinity College to weather the challenges of 2020, while no doubt dealing with your own difficult circumstances too. More than 630 people donated to Trinity, totalling $3.25 million. It’s safe to say that, without this philanthropic support, things would have been very different for the College. Many students would not have been able to continue their time at Trinity, and we certainly could not have continued to support some of the activities that make the Trinity experience so special. My sincere thanks go to you all. Ian Solomon (TC 1989) Chairman, Executive Committee of the Foundation
