As we reach the halfway point in 2023, the TRINITY experience continues to grow and evolve! At our year-end 2022 gathering, Flip laid out several objectives for 2023, and we are proud to say we are on track to accomplish them A login to the various Truelook cameras on our sites demonstrates the fact we are ACTIVE in our targeted market sectors – Base Building, Multi Family, Interiors/Capital Improvements, and Mission Critical Our teams are working hard on these projects, and we truly appreciate all the effort everyone is putting forth!
Moving into Q3, it’s appropriate to reiterate our “4 Factors of Project Execution”, of SAFETY, Time, Money, and Quality We review and focus on these factors in that order While we are still at ZERO SAFETY incidents on our sites, we have had some near-misses of late We ask ALL of you to enhance your safety consciousness, and actively participate in safe practices on every project Regarding TIME, TRINITY is very concentrated on ensuring we execute and complete projects on schedule If we don’t, and we spend even an extra day on any project, it comes right off the bottom line, which affects all of us Therefore, TIME and MONEY are closely related to project execution factors; the more time we spend on a project, the more money we spend Our field and office management teams are tasked with ensuring strong performance in these areas As far as QUALITY goes, that covers the fundamentals of technical execution (good contracts, current project logs, field quality control, etc ) on all projects The quality of the work we produce is the best form of company marketing and promotion there is
The second half of 2023 looks STRONG for TRINITY With the team members and projects coming in, we expect continued growth and improvement The project pipeline remains full, and we are constantly reviewing and interviewing new personnel TRINITY needs people, and we encourage everyone to spread the word through your network Our referral incentive program remains in place – if you recruit a new person to TRINITY, there is a financial reward in store for you! Please reach out to Maureen for details Thank you all for your hard work, and here’s to continued strong execution in 2023!

“Safety always takes priority in every decision we make at TRINITY Group Construction We have set goals to educate our employees and subcontractors while building a safety culture. We have required all our employees to get OSHA 30 trained, CPR first aid AED trained Everyone on our job sites participates in weekly toolbox talks We are implementing stretch and flex which is known to reduce ergonomic injuries by almost 30%. Another big step we are taking is requiring pretask plans for every project daily The pre-task plans do a great job of identifying daily hazards associated with each specific task We have implemented a corporate safety call where we talk about safety culture and where we are headed as a company We always strive to give everyone a voice We will always prioritize safety above all things while encouraging open communication on all safety concerns. We will continue to provide adequate safety training while regularly reviewing and updating safety policies and procedures We have committed to utilizing the continuous safety improvement model to always strive for excellence.”
