As part of e-NABLE VT our yearlong project is to develop two prosthetic arms for a 7 year old Blacksburg resident whose ultimate goal is to be able to play baseball and football. The team I’m apart of is designing the prosthetics for everyday tasks, such as allowing Charli to get dressed by himself, with two different attachments: one static and one multifunctional.

I was accepted into the University Honors Program out of almost 400 applicants. This program recognizes students who have earned points for their academic achievements and extracurricular involvement in the university.
Haley Cesario, ‘18 Bucknell University
As a Bucknell University Civil Engineering student I am in the midst of conducting two separate research projects in Civil Engineering in the speciality of geotechnical engineering. My research’s goal is to increase concrete as a thermal conductor for geothermals piles, a relatively new renewable energy technique using the method of geothermal energy in foundation piles of buildings to supply energy and power.

I am enjoying my time at UVA. I am Biology major and staying busy with my pre-med curriculum. As the captain of the women’s swim team, I am proud to be an NCAA Division I All American and am excited to have qualified for Olympic trials in both the 100 back and the 100 fly. I have achieved ACC all academic scholar and serve as the Athletic Chair for Outreach for the ONELOVE foundation promoting healthy relationships and teaching students ways to avoid abuse.

During my fall semester in the Connell School of Nursing I took ‘First Year Nursing Seminar’. My small group was paired with two upperclassmen nursing ‘leads’ who would lead us in discussions about our studies, social life, and other ways to integrate sports into my extracurricular activities. I was selected to be a member of the on campus sports consulting group. One of our projects was working with the NY Mets helping to develop marketing strategies to bring younger demographics to games.
ourselves as we adapted to college life. This tight knit group, as our leads were very motherly, most definitely reminded me of the spirit of Trinity Hall and the close-knit community.

My past three years at Villanova University have given me many leadership opportunities much like the ones I had during my time at Trinity Hall. Balancing my academics and making the Dean’s List in Villanova’s School of Business through my time at Villanova, I also became involved by holding executive positions in the Greek Life community as well as the Business of Fashion Society. I am grateful that my time at Trinity Hall led me to pursue leadership positions both inside and outside of the classroom and I look forward

Being an Industrial and Operations engineering student at the University of Michigan didn’t leave me much time to continue playing sports, so I found to my senior year!

I am competing for the college’s Division III swimming and diving program as well as working as an office assistant at the Bates Center for Purposeful Work. I’m excited to see what these last two years of college will bring! I spent the whole summer studying abroad in Innsbruck and traveling Europe. I studied Business Management and Education Systems Around the World during my time there as part of my studies for a Management and Entrepreneurship degree.
After making the Dean’s List for my first two semesters at the University of Wisconsin Madison, I received an early acceptance to the UW School of Journalism and Mass Communications. In the spring of my freshman year I was selected to voice a radio show that aired on a live stream at WSUM Madison. The show continues to air now in an FCC format once a week. Spending the summer at the University of Prague taking classes in European and political journalism has been one of the highlights of my experience at UW so far. I have also been selected as the Editor-in-Charge for the Arts section of the Daily Cardinal, one the nation’s oldest collegiate newspapers. 15
