The funds raised from this event are used solely to strengthen the Care Fund. Funds are used with discretion and transparency at an accounting level, to assist Trinityhouse Preparatory School families that are facing financial challenges. In the last couple of years, we have seen the need for help grow significantly. My request is simply, to please continue with the support of the Fund.

Grade 6 JEFA Workshop

The Grade 6 Pupils enjoyed JEFA Technology on Wednesday, 17 August. Pupils were divided into groups and worked together on building machines. We were happy to see the interest and natural flair for technology that our pupils displayed. Page 3

The Soap Box Derby was a wonderful success! Pupils and teachers enjoyed this special event. Page 5

Trinityhouse Preparatory School held their annual ‘Beanies, Socks and Blankets’ winter charity drive recently. The children generously donated 346 beanies, 115 scarves, 85 blankets, 76 pairs of socks and 32 pairs of gloves. A variety of winter clothing, toys and books were also donated. All donations went to Rays of Hope, who thanked Trinityhouse for their on-going support of the impoverished community of Alexandra. The donations will go a long way to keeping underprivileged children warm in the chilly winter months.
