Serving children age three through Sixth Grade, Trinity School creates a community of learners in a diverse and distinctly elementary-only environment, in which each child develops the knowledge, skills, and character to achieve his or her unique potential as a responsible, productive, and compassionate member of the School and greater community.

Loving Experts in their Fields
Trinity attracts and retains the most qualified and enthusiastic teachers, and they love what they do. Experts in early childhood and elementary education, our teachers participate in school-supported, continual professional development to stay at the top of their field, and 71 percent of our lead teachers have an advanced degree. All faculty members are passionate about the subjects they teach and are readily available to their students.
And our teachers love to work here! For five consecutive years, Trinity has been awarded a Top Workplace honor by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. For 2023, a record 7,998 Atlanta companies were nominated or asked to participate in this annual contest. A total of 175 companies were selected, and Trinity made the list in the “Top Midsize Workplace” category (150–499 employees).
Extended Programs and Summer Camp
Each year, about 85 percent of Trinity students participate in Extended Programs, the School’s robust after-school program. Trinity Teachers and experts from the community offer engaging experiences that are a true extension of Trinity’s school day and mission. Your child will explore their interests and grow through structured activities and play. Affordable programming is available to all students until 6 PM each school day.
With a variety of possibilities designed to best meet the needs of each family, including drop-in care, your child can participate in one after-school activity or several. There are more than 60 after-school offerings—including karate, yoga, dance, cheerleading, running, robotics, coding, math, art, and chess—and an optional nap time for our youngest learners.
In addition to our after-school program, we offer a wide range of sports, academic, and special interest camps in June and later in the summer that are taught by many of the same Extended Program teachers and community experts.

Affording a Trinity School Education
Trinity School offers financial assistance to those who need it, and applying for financial assistance will not affect the consideration of your child for admission. Awards are determined through Trinity’s financial assistance committee and accompany admission decisions. Every family receiving assistance is asked to pay some portion of the tuition, and all financial assistance requests are kept confidential.
Trinity also offers several tuition payment options to fit your family’s needs. Tuition covers most annual school expenses, including lunch, outdoor trips and activities, technology access, school supplies, and yearbooks. In addition to tuition, you can expect to pay for uniforms and Trinity School Parents’ Association (TSPA) dues. To help keep uniform costs down, TSPA holds used uniform sales throughout the school year.
Learning Team
Trinity’s Learning Team administers specialized one-on-one and small-group instruction for students with learning differences, providing another layer of individualized support to help them become academically independent and confident learners.
While all Trinity students benefit from differentiated instruction each day, our Learning Team Specialists are here to support all learning and academic needs by implementing specific research-based strategies and accommodations, whether your child is learning to read, strengthening math fluency, preparing for a test, or developing organizational strategies.
In addition to working with students individually and in small groups, our Learning Team Specialists partner with teachers and parents at all grade levels. These specialists often work in the classroom to support teachers, help with differentiated instruction, review accommodations, and identify additional ways to teach concepts to students with varying learning needs.
Middle School Placement
As with everything at Trinity School, the middle school placement process is a learning opportunity for our students. By thoughtfully and intentionally equipping them to transition to their next schools, we are also educating and preparing our students for the many transitions they will face throughout life.
Sarah Morgan Bonham, our Director of Outplacement, works closely with parents, students, and Atlanta area schools. She maintains excellent partnerships with all the schools to which our students apply and meets with families one-on-one to guide them through the application process, support them as they explore secondary school options, and ensure a smooth transition during the next step of their educational journey.
“Once a Trinity child, always a Trinity child” is more than a Trinity School motto. Our students are known and loved during their time here, and we maintain that relationship after they graduate from Trinity and celebrate our alumni’s successes as they make their mark on the world.
