Mark Your Calendars for Trinity School’s 2021 Summer Camp! Trinity School Summer Camp offers a variety of academic, specialty, and sports camps—including Coach Brian Balocki’s popular Atlanta Sports Camps—for children ages 4 to 13. From wizards to coding, Legos to science camp, choose your child’s summer adventure from our camps that will run Monday–Friday from June 7– July 2, with options ranging from 7:30 AM to 4 PM, and limited offerings available from July 26–30. We know that you will find something your child will love! Session 1: June 7–11 Session 2: June 14–18 Session 3: June 21–25 Session 4: June 28–July 2 Session 5: July 26–30 (limited offerings) Trinity School Summer Camp is open to the public. Join us in Before-Camp Care, Activities in the Afternoon, and/or AfterCamp Care to extend your summer fun to a full day! Before-Camp Care All Grades | Sessions 1–4 Monday–Friday | 7:30–9 AM | $50 Campers will enjoy games and activities before the camp day starts. Campers can be dropped off anytime between 7:30–9 AM. Activities in the Afternoon All Grades | Sessions 1–5 Monday–Friday | 12–2 PM | $100, includes lunch Campers should be ready for an afternoon of fun! Lunch, playground time, and an activity await them every day. This camp is for campers who are participating in a Special Interest Camp and want to stay until 2 PM. After-Camp Care All Grades | Sessions 1–4 Monday–Friday | 2–4 PM | $75 Campers can extend their camp day in After-Camp Care from 2–4 PM. They will enjoy a fun-filled afternoon with playground time, snack, and various activities. After-Camp Care is for campers who are participating in a Trinity School Summer Camp and want to stay until 4 PM.

Session 1 | June 7–11 Atlanta Sports Camps Rising First–Sixth Grade Monday–Friday | 9 AM–2 PM | $365, includes lunch Coach Brian Balocki and his staff have created a safe and challenging environment for both boys and girls. Campers are divided into three groups (First and Second, Third and Fourth, and Fifth and Sixth.) Their goal is for all campers to play hard, display sportsmanship, and have fun! The day will be filled with your kids’ favorite sports activities: soccer, kickball, tag and capturegames, basketball, flag football, hockey, lacrosse, ultimate Frisbee, cooperative challenges, and more. Campers will have the opportunity to participate in water activities on Trinity’s campus. Lunch is included in the camp fee. Discover the Woods with Ms. Pam and Ms. Brooke: Trail Explorations Rising Pre-K–Second Grade Monday–Friday | 9 AM–12 PM | $330 Do you know how many trails are in Discovery Woods? We plan to find out by hiking them all! Campers will get a map, compass, and water bottle and hit the trails (bring a snack in case we find a campfire ring). Our explorers will go on and off the trails to find caves, nests, and hidden holes where little creatures may live. Campers will become keen observers of nature. 5
Kids Can Code Bloxels and Spheros! Rising Second–Fifth Grade Monday–Friday | 9 AM–12 PM | $305 Adventures in coding is for the maker in all of us! Campers will design, code, create, and play with Trinity Instructional Technology Specialist Karen Boykins. They will have fun building their own character and environment in Bloxels, a hands-on platform that allows kids to experiment and learn through video game creation. Campers will watch their stories come to life through animation and relish in playing their own and their peers’ video games. They will also enhance and deepen their learning of code by building, creating, and programming with Spheros. Campers will build, design, code, play, share, and collaborate with their peers in a fun, interactive, and informative environment. Legos with Ms. Samantha: Building Frenzy! Rising Kindergarten–Second Grade Monday–Friday | 9 AM–12 PM | $345 Calling all LEGO masters! If your child loves to build, have them join Ms. Samantha to build a multitude of LEGO creations including castles, spaceships, city buildings, Friends, superhero, and ninja sets. Campers will also build from their imaginations using hundreds of bricks and specialized pieces. There will be fun and creative challenges every day designed to test your child’s ingenuity and imagination. Math Games and Puzzle with Mrs. Coote Rising Second–Sixth Grade Monday–Friday | 9 AM–12 PM | $305 Does your child enjoy solving math challenges or logical puzzles? Then they will LOVE working with Mrs. Coote on a variety of math puzzles and games! Campers will employ Tatami Mats, Tangrams, Pentominoes, Q-Bitz, and Q-Bitz Extreme on their quest to solve challenges, including KenKen and Binary Puzzles. Participants will have fun learning and strengthening mathematical concepts while working individually and in a group. 6
Storybook Art: Ocean Extravaganza Rising Pre-K–First Grade Monday–Friday | 9 AM–12 PM | $335 Let your child learn to love literacy by creating art! Trinity Teachers Claire Cagle and Anne Jones will integrate literacy skills using picture books while exploring a variety of art media. Throughout the week, campers will learn about marine creatures, including whales, sharks, and even mermaids! By the end of the week, your child will learn how to create art pieces that tell a story and write words that paint pictures! Super Scientists: Fizz, Pop, Bang...Kid Chemistry! Rising Pre-K–First Grade Monday–Friday | 9 AM–12 PM | $345 Put on your safety goggles and prepare to get messy! Trinity EED Science Teacher Ms. T and Trinity Pre-K Teacher April Patton are teaming up for this week of cool-kid chemistry in the science lab. Campers will create potions that bubble and fizz; sink their fingers into oozing, colorchanging slime; and make predictions as they mix mystery substances and try to make them explode! Our Super Scientists will experiment, explore, and discover...that science is a blast!

Bricks4Kids: LEGO STEAM Career Camp Rising Pre-K–Second Grade Monday–Friday | 9 AM–12 PM | $310 Calling all aspiring engineers, scientists, archaeologists, and astronauts! Come join us in our STEAM career paths for the week and learn and build LEGO projects to gain experience and knowledge about that field and career. Want to be an engineer? From day one, campers start on their “Engineer Career,” building progressively more challenging engineering projects each class and learning about the skills required to achieve them in real life. At the end of the camp, they will be fully equipped with a foundational understanding of key STEAM concepts related to that field and will gain an understanding of what those professions do for the world! Most importantly, campers will go through an aspirational journey and get to visualize themselves in these careers. The camp ends with a “Graduation Ceremony,” where campers will be presented with a diploma for their chosen career. Cool Kids Code: Hexbugs, Blue Bots, and Apps! Rising Kindergarten and First Grade Monday–Friday | 9 AM–12 PM | $310 Adventures in building, designing, and coding is for the creative thinker in all of us. Coding has multiple benefits: improving problem-solving techniques and collaboration, using logical thinking, and communicating to show perseverance by breaking down big ideas to specific tasks. Campers will engage in coding by exploring coding apps and programming Blue-Bots. They will foster their creativity by building their own maze creations and obstacle courses for Hexbugs. Crafty Corner | Cricut 101 Rising Second–Sixth Grade Monday–Friday | 9 AM–12 PM | $355 Attention all crafters! Does your child love personalized T-shirts, water bottles, bags, and stationery? Would they like to learn how to create them on a Cricut machine? Now is their chance! Facilitated by Ms. Peralta, campers will learn the basics of the Cricut Design Space software on iPads and will put their knowledge to use by designing and creating a variety of customized crafts. Super Scientists: Fizz, Pop, Bang...Kid Chemistry! Rising Pre-K–First Grade Monday–Friday | 9 AM–12 PM | $345 Can’t get enough Fizz, Pop, Bang? Campers can come back for more coolkid chemistry with Trinity Teachers Ms. T and April Patton. During this second week of exploring in the science lab, campers will conquer STEAM challenges and investigate how heat affects a variety of materials. They will explore chemical reactions while erupting mini volcanoes and getting creative with exploding sidewalk chalk! Our Super Scientists will experiment, explore, and discover that science is a blast! Session 1 of Super Scientists is not a prerequisite for Session 2. Students are welcome to attend either or both sessions. Wizard Training Camp Rising First–Fifth Grade Monday–Friday | 9 AM–12 PM | $355 Calling all witches and wizards! Your children have been accepted to The Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry! They will be sorted into houses, receive their uniforms, join the dueling club, and work toward the Hogwarts’ House Cup. If your child is a Harry Potter fanatic and loves making crafts and playing games, this magical summer camp is for them. Each day, we will explore some of the same subjects offered at Hogwarts, like Potions, Care of Magical Creatures, and Herbology. Our wizards in training will learn wand making at Ollivanders and broom making at the Broom Shop. Daily fun will include Quidditch games and House competitions. Treats from house elves will be provided. They will explore different art materials and art techniques to create their dream amusement park. Super Scientists: Digging Up Dinosaurs Rising Pre-K–First Grade Monday–Friday | 9 AM–12 PM | $345 Travel back in time with Trinity Teacher April Patton to explore the age of the dinosaurs! Campers will excavate fossils like a paleontologist, investigate dinosaur eggs, and make a dinosaur tooth. Our Super Scientists will study the flight of the Pteranodon, measure the stride of the T-Rex, and build a working volcano! This week is sure to be a roaring good time!

Campers will learn about how Science inspires many artists. Boost imagination while they play and paint with magnets and explore robotic sculptures and Technology. Campers will build a rocket to blast through the atmosphere into a realm that is truly out of this world; create a world where rebels and the dark side start epic battles; and build motorized models that represent spacecrafts from their favorite popular space movie. Session 5 | July 27–31 Breaking Barriers Fundamentals Baseball Camp Rising Pre-K–Second Grade Monday–Friday | 9 AM–12 PM | $330 Your child will gain a solid foundation of baseball skills during a camp led by former Chicago Cubs outfielder C.J. Stewart and student-athletes from public high schools around Atlanta who participate in Stewart’s L.E.A.D. Ambassadors program. It will be non-stop baseball fun with an emphasis on teamwork, attitude, and healthy competition. Campers will be taught the fundamentals of the game while using competition and fun-filled activities to keep them engaged and excited. All skill levels are welcome. Breaking Barriers Leadership and Baseball Super Skills Camp Rising Second–Fifth Grade Monday–Friday | 9 AM–12 PM | $330 Your child will build and enhance their baseball skills and fundamentals on the field and develop character and leadership skills off the field with former Chicago Cubs outfielder C.J. Stewart and student-athletes from public high schools around Atlanta who participate in Stewart’s L.E.A.D. Ambassadors program. Campers will receive small group instruction by skill level to reinforce and build upon existing baseball-specific skills. The curriculum will focus on repetitions for hitting and fielding, instructional competitive games, and critical thinking skills training. For the more advanced players, the curriculum shifts to focus on proper pitching mechanics as many of the players transition to “kid-pitch” in their leagues. During the week, coaches will use baseball to teach leadership skills that will translate to on and off the field experiences. Your child will leave camp empowered with skills and a stronger passion and love of the game.

Bricks4Kids Coding and Video Game Design Camp Rising Second–Fifth Grade Monday–Friday | 9 AM–12 PM | $310 Calling all engineers, inventors, and programmers of tomorrow! Bricks4Kidz Coding and Video Game Design Boot Camp sends kids on a technological adventure, teaching them foundational coding skills in a fun medium of creating their very own video games. They learn strategies to enhance their logic and problem-solving skills, as well as help them work toward becoming technological innovators of tomorrow! Our program offers a skill level progression of coding concepts, helping campers progress through different stages of learning and practice through creating new and exciting video games throughout the week. Students get to take home their very own video games at the end of the week! Ease Into Early Learners! Rising Early Learners Monday–Friday | 9 AM–12 PM | $355 Welcome to Trinity School, new Early Learners! Rising Early Learners will join Trinity Early Learner Teachers Ms. Gale and Ms. Robin for lots of learning and laughing. Campers will read stories, sing silly songs, and play games, all while practicing important skills and becoming acclimated to the daily routine of a Trinity School Early Learner. Middle Level SSAT Workshop with BBTS Rising Fifth–Seventh Grade Monday–Friday | 10 AM–12 PM | $555 Don’t let the SSAT be a portentous adversary to you and your child. Our test-taking strategies help students build confidence, improve accuracy, budget limited time, and avoid tempting wrong answers.
