DIOCESE OF OHIO Spring Convocation
Equality Seder Equality Toledo and the Jewish Federation of Greater Toledo’s Jewish Community Relations Council invite you to attend our Equality Seder on Thursday, April 7th from 7:00-9:00 m at Handmade Toledo (1717 Adams Street). A time to celebrate, reflect, and come together Join Equality Toledo and the Jewish Federation of Greater Toledo’s Jewish Community Relations Council for an evening celebrating our collective liberation. The Passover seder retells the story of the liberation of the Jewish people from slavery in Egypt. This Equality Seder will follow the customs and order of a traditional Passover seder and will focus on chronicling our collective liberation as LGBTQ+ people, as Jews, as LGBTQ+ Jews, and others. We come together to commemorate our emancipation from oppression, to celebrate the freedoms that have been achieved, and to explore freedoms not yet gained, remembering that none of us are free until all of us are free. This event is free and open to all, regardless of faith, sexual orientation and gender identity. Light vegetarian snacks and drinks will be served. RSVP required; please RSVP by Monday, April 4. We are gathering for an in-person Spring Convocation on Saturday, May 14 at Kalahari Convention Center! Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m., with Convocation beginning at 9:30 a.m. and concluding at 3:00 p.m. The Rev. Dr. Patricia Lyons will be our keynote speaker and leader. We will continue with our theme around evangelism but the Spring Convocation does not require that you took part in our recent 20 Day Evangelism Challenge. More information will follow soon. Even with fewer workshops, we'll cover a broad range of topics so there will be much of interest for everyone.

Christ Church, Warren is holding the Annual Beatles Mass on Saturday, April 30 at 5:00 p.m. Following the service, food, fellowship, music, a chicken wing challenge, and more will be in the parish hall.
Taizé Service
New Life, Uniontown will hold a Taizé service on Sunday, May 1 at 7:00 p.m. The blend of candlelight, song, and silence create a contemplative atmosphere that enhances our journey with Christ. Classical guitarist Adam Keeler will play music during the service. All denominations welcome! Taizé services will be held in June, July, and August as well. Future dates will be announced on the New Life Facebook page.

TSN Vendor Lunch Team On the third Thursday of each month, Trinity prepares and delivers lunch to the vendors of our community partner, Toledo Streets Newspaper (TSN). We will need your help next on Thursday, June 16th when we will gather at 9:00am upstairs in My Brother's Place to prepare the meal! At 10:00, we'll head over to the TSN offices to deliver the meal and spend some time with the vendors. Click the image to join our team!!!

Christ Church, Warren is holding the Annual Beatles Mass on Saturday, April 30 at 5:00 p.m. Following the service, food, fellowship, music, a chicken wing challenge, and more will be in the parish hall.

Taizé Service
New Life, Uniontown will hold a Taizé service on Sunday, May 1 at 7:00 p.m. The blend of candlelight, song, and silence create a contemplative atmosphere that enhances our journey with Christ. Classical guitarist Adam Keeler will play music during the service. All denominations welcome! Taizé services will be held in June, July, and August as well. Future dates will be announced on the New Life Facebook page.
Regional Confirmations & Receptions On Tuesday, May 10th, St. Paul's, Fremont will host a service of Confirmation with Bishop Hollingsworth.
