Kim and I are celebrating Taylor’s 23rd birthday; the gift she is in our lives and in the world. This year brings a bittersweet moment as it is the first of no doubt many years ahead when we are not able to be together for her celebration. As a young adult in the world, she is finding her beautiful way staying both connected to us while also living into a glorious and necessary independence far from home. At this event we will showcase photographs taken by those who participate as Vendors at Toledo Streets Newspaper. These individuals took to the streets to discover images which captured our vision, expressed beauty, or are quintessential to Toledo. These photo's have been comprised into a calendar. Prints of the photo's and the calendar will be for sale.

TSN Vendor Lunch Team October 20: On the third Thursday of each month, Trinity prepares and delivers lunch to the vendors of our community partner, Toledo Streets Newspaper (TSN). We will need your help next on Thursday, October 20 when we will gather at 9:00am upstairs in My Brother's Place to prepare the meal! DIOCESE OF OHIO Diocesan Anti-Racism Training: Seeing the Face of God in Each Other 10/7-8 Friday- Saturday The Commission for Racial Justice will offer a two-day training on October 7 and 8 (9:30am Friday – 4:00pm Saturday) at Bellwether Farm. This Anti-Racism training is required for all individuals in elected and appointed Diocesan positions, and it is also open to all members of the Diocese. The cost of the training materials and food is covered by the Diocese of Ohio, but lodging is the responsibility of the participant (or their parish). Lodging options at Bellwether Farm are available. Registration is available here on the diocesan website.
