Iwasbornintoachurchedfamily.Weekly churchattendancewasthenorm.My grandparents,auntsanduncles,andcousins attendedthesamechurch.Mygreatgrandmother(wholivedtotheageof103)was apillarofthechurch,andwhenshebecame toofrailtoattendservices,wewereexpected tostopbyafterchurchtovisither.Asachild,I thoughtwewereprovingtoherweattended churchthatmorning.
