peppermint You have got to love spiked hot chocolate and this is one of the best recipes out there for it. Both peppermint schnapps and crème de menthe add that minty snap to this intensely chocolate warm drink.
ingredients: 1 oz peppermint schnapps 1/2 oz dark crème de cacao 1 tsp crème de menthe hot chocolate whipped cream shaved chocolate or chocolate sprinkles for garnish
preparation: Pour the liqueurs into an Irish coffee glass. Fill with hot chocolate. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with shaved chocolate or chocolate sprinkles *of course there’s always my favorite, just plain old yummy peppermint hot cocoa too
number one
ALWAYS choose re-gifts that are thoughtful and appropriate, Your boss doesn’t want a Justin Bieber poster (or maybe he/she does!).
number two
NEVER re-gift monogrammed items.
number three
ALWAYS check the expiration dates on all food items.
number four
NEVER use the gift before re-gifting. Especially if it’s an electric razor, candle, or socks!
number five
ALWAYS spring for a new card. Don’t re-use gift wrap, bow’s are fair game.
number six
NEVER re-gift hotel toiletries, airline headphones or perfume samples.
number seven
NEVER re-gift pets. Especially if their picture was on last year’s christmas card! And if the re-gift risks being seen by the original giver, always choose an alternate gift!
